The service went well. I had previously tried to have VEC Services come out, but hey never returned my first call. Never recommend them to anyone. After everything was completed I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was also less than anticipated. Definitely would recommend to everyone. hank you guys.

Jeremy was awesome. He arrived on time and was fast and professional. He replaced an outdoor fan quickly and cleaned up meticulously. I would definitely ask for him because he is nice and professional. Two very important qualities when working in ones home.

I contacted this company through Angie's List on 3/6. I received a prompt reply and was told on 3/7 that they would call me to get additional details so they could provide an accurate quote. Still waiting on that phone call 8 days later.

The technician checked that all the circuit breakers at the electrical panel. They were all functional. Then he found 2 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter which must had been tripped by rain-wetted electrical wires. The problem was solved after resetting these 2 GFCIs.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and was able to install 3 electrical sockets in my bathrooms. The technician was polite and professional and he was able to complete the job quicker than originally estimated. No unexpected costs: paid the quoted hourly rate for the time the job took, plus parts.

Electrician stated needed to determine where in ground wires were damaged but provided times of consult by company owner that were not acceptable for us. He gave us 2 days between 10a- 12p and being a female, did not understand exactly what he was suggesting for repair so asked to return and discuss with spouse but they were not flexible for a visit at 5pm- 6pm or any weekend to obtain an estimate. As many households have working homeowners I find this unacceptable to only have availability with these hours. Felt he was not sure of cause of problem

I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail (it was as if he was working on his own home). If I need electrical work done in the future, Steve will be the guy I ask for!

We were able to get an appointment only 2 days after calling Charleston Electric. I received several calls from the company office keeping me apprised of Paul's arrival time. He arrived at the exact time expected. He worked quickly and with confidence and was very knowledgeable. One fixture needed a part that was longer than the part included and Paul had that spare part in his truck and expertly swapped it to make the fixture fit the space. We were very impressed with Paul and his service and the professional installation. We will use this company again when we need electricial work for sure.

Paul Schuck was professional, quickly determining the problem and the rewiring that was needed. He explained in layman's terms the work needed and the procedures done. He took special care moving the dishwasher on our newly installed tiled floor (no scratches). He also replaced a 3 way hall light switch. I will request Paul again for the wiring of my new dishwasher. Very happy with the company and Paul's service.
