Description of Work: I called to have walls cleaned. I told Castle Keepers that if the job went well I'd like to keep them on for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning of my home. After what seemed like a fruitful conversation, no phone call ever came to schedule. As a willing, paying potential customer, it doesn't make much sense to turn away income.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed in this company. I used the services based on the referal of an old employee, about how wonderful they were. I requested a move in cleaning, paid extra for the oven and refrigerator. They did not preform the services requested. When I called on the 10th they were suppose to send a team back out but did not, nor did I recieve any kind of contact as to the situation. But they got payment.
