Description of Work: The carpet installers arrived on time and proceeded to install the padding and carpet in our bedroom. The work was completed in about 3 hours. They cleaned up the area and took away the scraps. I believe they were contracted by Carpet Baggers and not employees of the company. The carpet looks great. I would have rated them an "A", but there were some communication problem associated with the scheduling.

Description of Work: Carpet Baggers provided high quality replacement carpet for three bedrooms on the third floor of our 4500 square foot house. The sales staff (Katie) was competent and co-operative. Quote was emailed within 2 hours of home visit for estimate. She helped us modify the quote to better meet our needs. We reached a satisfactory agreement within a few minutes of discussion with the manager. |The installers (Tim and Darren) were Top-notch. They worked quickly and quietly, did an excellent job, cleaned up to our highest standards. There were many pieces of furniture that were moved and returned with no mars or condition issues. Both men are friendly, polite, and work incredibly hard, and I would recommend strongly that other purchasers ask for them to do their installation. |We are completely satisfied with Carpet Baggers and unhesitatingly recommend them. They will be our choice for any work in future.

The sales person was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and actually came out to the house a few times during the installation to check on the progress. The installers were very professional, on time and did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves with very little mess. Although there was a lot of dust generated, the sales person hired someone to come in and clean our entire home. Very impressed with the services and attention to detail and will definitely use them on future projects.
Description of Work: Sales - salesperson was very informative and assisted me to choose products within my budget - very knowledgable and helpful and did not feel that I was being pressured for higher end products. Installation of new hard wood floors : 2 workers came in promptly and worked very hard to complete our flooring. Installation of new carpet for 3 bedrooms - installer was wonderful

Description of Work: After looking around, Carpet Baggers was the most eager to help me, they were always willing to give me a quote AND explain them. After we felt good on the price, a crew of 7 showed up and ripped out 1,400 sq ft of carpet, moved all my furniture and recarpeted and moved furniture back in within 4 hours. It was amazing. They did a great job and the crew was friendly

+ 0 moreFrom start to finish, my experience was Outstanding!!! My neighbor next door just used them on my recommendation and her new floors look great. I plan on calling them this week to have other rooms done in my home.
Description of Work: We had three rooms of carpeting removed and replaced with hardwood. The floor underneath the carpet was in bad condition which meant that my installing crew had to repair this before they could lay the floor. This was done and they stil met their estimated time of installation.

+ 1 moreCarpet Baggers did an excellent job. The first phase was very messy, dusty and loud. Carpet Baggers put up plastic to keep the mess contained to the specific area that they were working. The workmanship was 1st class. I would recommend anyone considering having flooring replaced to contact Carpet Baggers.
Description of Work: Carpet Baggers replaced the flooring on the 1st floor of my home. They had to remove the original wood flooring that was glued down. They installed new hardwood flooring as well they reworked the wooden stairs leading to the 2nd floor.

+ 0 moreThe salesperson, Nancy, with whom I worked, was very professional, personable, and patient with helping me select the carpet. She made every effort to ensure that the carpet was installed the day before we moved in, while the house was still empty, which made our move much easier. The installers were very professional and careful and did a beautiful job with the installation and were thorough with the cleanup. They also very carefully measured a tricky staircase for a runner, which had to be returned for binding and brought back to be installed a week later. It turned out beautifully, as well. We are very pleased and will definitely return to them for future flooring projects. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality!
Description of Work: We had carpet installed in the home we just bought. They replaced carpet in three upstairs bedrooms and the connecting hallway. They also installed a new runner for the staircase.

They even performed a few additional things to help assure the integrity of the installation that were above and beyond expectations.

+ 0 moreCarpet Baggers is one of the only companies in my area that installs stairway runners. I dealt with Glenn, who came out and measured my job. He then suggested a rug to cover the landing between the 1st and 2nd floor. I'd never seen a rug there, and it sounded like a great idea to keep the design flow as well as to prevent slippage. It took a few extra days to custom make that rug but it is beautiful. The installation crew was extremely courteous and efficient.

+ 1 moreOur guys arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They came on Wednesday and even with the unexpected repairs necessary to our slab {or our floor wouldn't be level} they were done in the time promised. They cleaned up after themselves and moved the larger furniture out of the rooms and also replaced it when they were done. {We could not have done this by ourselves}. I can't say enough nice things about our sales person Kim who helped us match the floor to our foyer or John and Paul who did the work. We have other rooms that need to have flooring changed out and would not hesitate to call Carpet Baggers again.
Description of Work: The installers took up and removed from our home the old carpet in our master bedroom, our living room and our dining room. They had to do rather major work to level out the poor job done by the builder when they poured the slab. They then installed our beautiful new hardwood floors including quarter round molding that really accented the work.
