The job went as planned. Carpet Baggers took a complex situation and worked their magic and our floor looks like new again. Super -- Super Job!

The salesman was very attentive to my requests and made many helpful suggestions. He came to my home several times and inspected the work as it progressed. I had two different pairs of workmen and both groups were outstanding and professional. They worked nonstop the days they were here. I will definitely use Carpet Baggers again.

They were amazing from the decision making in the show room to the installation and follow-up. The installers were professional and efficient. A year later and we are still happy with the end product.

The bathrooms were installed without any issues. However, the remaining rooms were using the same 12 x 12 tiles which had issues with tiles themselves. The tiles were not an exact cut. This was not noticed until 4 rows of tile were installed in the dining room. They were pulled up and we had to go back to the showroom to pick out new tiles by a different manufacturer. This caused a week's delay in the job. My dining room table was in the living room. The refrigator, washer and dryer were stuck in the garage. The living situation was pretty much a disaster for that week. When they came back to finish the 4 rooms they warned me that the size variance may happen again because I selected tiled that were not "rectified". To take this into account I could not have the 1/8" grout line I said was a must have and said that would not be a problem. Keep in mind, I was never offered or shown rectified tiles. I felt like the word was thrown around as a CYA. While I'm overall pleased with the final product (anything is better than vinyl) I look down at my floors with an immediate focus on the grout lines rather than the beautiful tile itself.

We replaced the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms with tile. We had hardwood installed in the living room and great room. We also replaced the carpet in the bedrooms. Our consultant was very helpful in making the selections for the various rooms. They came to the house to confirm all of the room dimensions and to make sure that the hardwood would match as close as possible to the existing hardwood. We had 3 different groups of installers (tile, carpet, and hardwood) The installers were all excellent. They knew what they were doing and went out of their way to keep us up to date and clarify any questions that we wanted. we elected to have the floors done in a relatively short period, one after the other. Looking back, we lived in chaos for a couple of weeks. It may have been better to spread it out some. We are very satisfied with the new floors and would recommend Carpetbaggers. They are not the cheapest, but we believe we got a better product and a higher value for our money.

Perfect, they weren't the cheapest but they gave us fair price, arrived on time and provided the exact services they said they would in the exact time they said it would take. This is the second time we have used Carpet Baggers and we will not call anyone else for flooring.

They did work for me last week. They were very nice to work with me and they were very responsive. They stayed in contact with me. I was trying to get the work done before I moved into the house. It wasn't going to happen, patience came into play. They did a very professional job. I actually thought they had their own installers but they actually subcontracted the work. They are basically a show room and that's what kind of threw me off. I thought that I could get it done faster. They have subcontractors that do it which is normal. I think they are overpriced but they contracted.

Overall the experience was good. We had just moved into our new home and the timing was sensitive. When we gave the go ahead to order and begin the work they gave us an estimate on the time frame and they stuck to it. Their time frame was very reasonable and substantially less than the the big box companies out there. They were also very knowledgeable about the product that they were selling and did not try to talk down to us when we were trying to make a selection (once again unlike the big box companies that we went to). The workers were very pleasant to be around their overall price I felt was reasonable for the selections that we made, they cleaned up after themselves and made effort to make unique connections and instances in the house look good, not just work. I only put a B in the price line because they were very reasonable and competitive for the selections we made and the time frame, there was not much of a difference in price between companies when you compare apples to apples. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I just encountered a little difficulty in getting in touch with the time but they did a good job and I'm happy with the work that they provided.

Carpet Baggers did a very good job for us. There was a snag due to tile delivery that was out of their control but they followed through and completed the job as quickly as possible once the tile arrived.

We wanted to protect the floors in a house we've recently rented. I contacted Carpet Baggers and spoke to Glenn about what I needed and asked him questions about carpet/rugs for a storage room. He was very helpful and polite. He quoted me a reasonable price. After calling some other companies, I decided to use Carpet Baggers. I contacted Glenn again to confirm my order and a date for the delivery. They delivered the pads on time and were professional, friendly and polite.

They were fair. The only thing I was upset about was that I wasn't contacted when the carpet runner was complete.

Did a good job. There were some minor bubbles in the large kitchen area they didn't see on initial installation (finished at night). They were very responsive and came back in a couple days and resolved them. The home is an older one, is on a slab, and they had to do a lot of work removing the old vinyl layers, as well as some repair and leveling that drove the cost up a bit...but they were certainly fair in their charges. Sales rep had exceptional communications and responsiveness from installers; overall a great experience.

The saleswoman, Nancy, was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She had even come out to measure for the floor. The order arrived at the store quickly and it was installed within a week. They did a great job!

new tile was thicker than the old. Same tile guy came the next day and fixed the problem. The floors are fabulous! We had several bad spots that they cleaned up and everything looks uniform. They did an excellent, excellent job!

They did a very good job. We had several firms come in and give quotes. They were not the lowest but not much more expensive. we chose them because they seemed to be easier to work with and more knowledgeable. During the quoting process they pointed out several things and we discussed them to determine the best coarse of action. They were always very prompt and freindly. We decided to do the instaslation in two stages as the only bedrooms were upstairs and there was a natural break where the floors could be installed separately. The first day the crew came in and removed the existing carpet and had all the flooring installed by the end of the day for all the first section (three bedrooms, an office, and a large closet). The next few days had the different sanding and finish coats applied. We waited a week and then had them do a set of stairs and the remaining bedroom. This was a smaller section and they had a smaller crew performing the work. They were very responsive when I had any questions and overall were very pleasant to deal with.

Our sales person, Nancy Dewitt came to my home and went over all of her recommendations. When I told her we wanted wood or laminate but that durability was my number one priority because we have children and pets she introduced me to this amazing product- luxury vinyl tile. Every person that has come into my house has commented on how beautiful our new hardwood floors are! They won't scratch and are super easy to clean- and extremely affordable. The crew did everything they said they would within the promised time. I couldn't be more thrilled!

We found Carpet Baggers on Angies list and all of their reports were excellent. We visited their showroom and spoke with Mr. Glen Orr who was very helpful. We were able to select carpeting and determine how we wanted our hardwood floors refinished. This was a BIG project that involved moving all of the furniture from the downstairs of our house and into the garage while the hardwood floors were refinished. The Carpet Baggers folks handled the moving and amazingly enough, no furniture, walls or woodwork was scratched or nicked. The hardwood guys were thorough and did excellent work. The new floors look fantastic. When it came time to move the furniture back into the house, there was a glitch in the folks that were supposed to move it back in but Glen Orr and Chris came to the house (about 6pm and it was dark) and began moving the furniture in. MURPHY was at work and a power transformer blew, leaving us in total darkness. Glen and Chris continued to work while my wife and I manned the flashlights. This was above and beyond the call of duty but they did it! The new carpet for the upstairs went just as smoothly. The installers, Timothy and Daren arrived right on time and worked straight through the day. They didn't even take a lunch break. Their work was excellent. You won't go wrong with Carpet Baggers.

A water supply line to our 2nd floor restroom ruptured and flooded our 1st floor. There were many repairs required but the most positive experience was working with Kim from Carpet Baggers. She did an exceptional job researching and matching the type of flooring that we currently had since ours was discontinued. She also did an excellent job scheduling and communicating to us and the installation crew. She's very professional and customer oriented. Also David and Paul did an outstanding job with the installation. They too were very professional and customer oriented. There's no doubt that they both take great pride in their workmanship. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend others to do so.

The contact with Carpetbaggers has been great from the start, but not yet finished. I anticipate it will be grand!

They were very professional. We have no complaints at all. He did a wonderful job. The young man that came out was very courteous and paid great attention to detail.

My husband wasn't pleased as I was. He said he will give them B+, but I loved them. I will use them again in the future.
