My wife and I were introduced to Brad by his business partner, Dennis Joye. We had met with Dennis about 1 1/2 years ago when we were vacationing in the area and expressed our interest in moving here once we retired. We came down from New Hampshire in early January, 2015 with the specific purpose of finding a house to buy which we accomplished with Brad's help and expertise. My wife and I both found working with Brad to be a great experience. Once he knew what type of property we were looking for he was able to find some properties to show us. We looked at several properties and Brad was always pointing out the pro's and con's of each property. This gave us a very comfortable feeling that he was looking out for our best interests and not just looking to get us into a house and collect his commission. Once we found a property that we liked, Brad was very professional and thorough in helping us put together an offer and work through the negotiating process to get the deal done. He was also extremely helpful in guiding us through the various inspections that needed to be done prior to closing. Again, he was clearly looking out for our best interests. We cannot say enough about our experience working with Brad on the purchase of our new home. He has also been a very helpful resource in providing us with information and guidance about the area and has offered to provide ongoing help and direction should we have a need. We not only consider Brad our buyer broker, but also a new friend. We would highly recommend Brad for any of your real estate needs in the greater Charleston area.

Brad made our move to Charleston smooth fast and fun. We had short notice to relocate and not much local knowledge. He kept us aware of tax implications, types of neighborhoods, and found us some great options we never would have found ourselves. We were able to visit town, see several houses, and fell in love with a house in downtown Charleston. Brad steered us through negotiation, purchase, and was able to recommend a range of local providers to help us settle in the new house when we asked. We've been two months in the new house and still thrilled with how the deal came out with Brad's help.

Brad Weaver was very patient with us. Being our first home purchase we hammered him with questions over and over and he always came back with very satisfying anwsers and detailed explanations. Incredibly smooth. The house we chose turned out to not be so easy to close on as the wife and I thought. The contract price turned out to be more than the bank appraiser said it was worth, and we almost lost our dream house. Brad was there every step of the way, answering questions in a timely manner and doing everything possible to ensure that we took the proper steps throughout the process, advising us on our different decisions. We had a question about the home inspection and if we should ask for money off from the price, and he responded to us and the other agent while he was out of town, FOR HIS WEDDING! Needless to say, we got our dream house, and for a better price than we originally expected it for, and it wouldn't have happened without Brad.

Brad Weaver was a pure delight to work with. This was my first home purchase and I really didn't know how to handle it, who to call, etc. and a friend of mine introduced me to Brad. Brad sat down with me and asked me what I was looking for, helped me find a good mortgage company to get me pre-approved, and ran me through the process of purchasing a home. After Brad was completely sure what I was looking for he emailed me several properties he thought I would be interested in, and then we went and looked at them. Turns out Mr. Weaver was spot on with what I was looking for, I ended up submitting a contract with the second property we looked at. Brad again was there throughout the negotiations, closing, and even checked up on me after I moved in to make sure everything was going well. I feel that Brad went above and beyond in the help that he provided me, and treated me like I was spending ten times the money I actually was.

With so many places to look at Mr. Weaver listened very carefully to our desires and narrowed the search to a manageable number of homes that we could look at. Within 3 weeks we had found the home that pleased us.

My experience being a first time home buyer couldn't have been better. Brad made it fun for me and I highly recommend him to everyone. My price range wasn't so high but he treated me like a million dollar client from start to finish. He looked out for me during the negotiating, gave me realistic expectations, and kept my best interest in mind the whole time.
