Honestly, I can truly say that I'm in awe of the great, fast, wonderful service I received from Mr. Phillip Bozelli and his awesome tech. I really didn't know how I was going to pay for the repairs, but guess what??? The services were free! Mr. Bozzelli you will NEVER know how much I appreciate everything you guys did for me... definitely made my heart happy and very cool! Thank you so much!! God Bless!!

Based on a referral from our electrician, I called Bozzelli's to install a mini-split HVAC in my workshop. A lady answered the phone and said she'd transfer me to someone to discuss the install details with. The man I was transferred to said he would get one of two guys (I don't remember their name now) to call me about scheduling a time to look at the installation and provide a quote. This was all around 10am. At 9pm at night one of these guys left me a voicemail about the install. Very unprofessional to call so late. The next day I returned the call and left a voicemail. I waited two days and called the guy back again. Haven't received a call back to date.
Description of Work: No services were performed due to the experience we had of attempting to get in touch with and schedule a technician in the first place.

I called Bozzelli at 8:30 this morning and by 9:15 a serviceman was at my house and fixing my problem. I was good to go in under an hour. You can't get better service than that!
Description of Work: Checked unit and determined it needed freon. Added the freon and I was good to go! No new unit needed-Yeah

The heat pump really needs to be replaced, but they have been repairing it when it breaks, so we can continue to use it until we absolutely have to replace it. They are always there and are always on time, and they could have sold me a new unit, but I appreciate the fact that they have been making repairs. I have been thrilled with their work, and I feel as though I can really trust them. They have given me good advice, and I will continue to use them.
