Service was prompt, efficient, friendly, and well done.

Initially it went good, the first technician replaced the needed parts. About 2-3 weeks, the same issue returned. the same technician returned, found an additional issue and ordered the needed parts. The final outcome was GREAT. I was not charged for a repeat service call or additional labor. AND , the technician replaced a worn out part without charging me. That is reputable service.

Punctual and honest about the cost associated with repair not being worth it. No repairs performed, as a new dishwasher was recommended

The repairman said that they didn't handle vent work but he checked out the dryer to be sure nothing else was going on (it wasn't). I wish they could have told me when I called that I needed to call someone who would handle a clogged vent.

Technician that provided the service to fix my appliance was top notch! Something rare for me since I moved to Charleston. It's hard to find excellent technicians in Charleston's current growth. He went above and beyond the actual service by explaining everything to me, explaining the problem, causes, how to fix and prevention. He even mentioned the company's guaranty after he finished the work (which means to me, the company stands by their work and technicians). . He wasn't in any rush to get in and get out which was comforting. He made recommendations about after care and I appreciate that. I found this company on Angie's List and will use them in the future.

These guys are fantastic. We had a sub-Zero freezer that other companies could not fix. This team kept at it. It took multiple visits but they got the problem solved ASAP and now we're back with a functional unit.

Appliance was in need of cleaning the coils due to pet hair build up. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to take advantage and replace parts that were not broken and just did a simple clean. All is well and fridge is working great!

They were very responsive and punctual, as well as easy to communicate with. However, it did require 3 trips to get everything running right.

That went excellent. Very good. They came out two or three times for repair but they never charged me extra. Great. They would come here and tell me what they were doing, what was going on, and they figured it out.

This company was amazing. We called the day after Labor Day as we were leaving for 3 weeks. We had not freezer or fridge working. We had a flight at 3:00pm and they showed up within an hour of our call and fixed it and were out of the house by 10:15. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service!!!!

Service technician found nothing broken or faulty, so he suggested we monitor the washer going forward. An actuator is maybe going bad, but the cost to replace would be over half the new cost of the machine.

Customer service was very good. Service technician was professional and identified the required repairs timely and effectively. The cost for repairs were unexpectedly high.

The service was horrible. I had to show the technician how to turn on diagnosis mode on my washer. Then it took 2 hours to tell me what he thought was the issue. It was going to cost over 400 dollars for them to replace the part. However I replaced the part for less than 200 dollars and come to find out the part was just fine. So it was a total waste of time and money

Daniel was EXCELLENT - very friendly, helpful, and willing and eager to offer advice. Unfortunately, refridgerator repairs would be fairly extensive and the cost of a new fridge is likely a better investment, but Daniel took the time to explain, and show evidence, of the issues, and even make recommendations for the type of refridgerators are most reliable and durable. He also spent time with us discussing other appliances, including our washer/dryer, and potential things to look out for. Excellent service, and a pleasure to talk to - thanks Daniel!

The first service provided by Aviv was service call do to our electric stove/range not working. The tech that came was very professional and explained all questions I had in detail. Long story short circuit breaker was tripped. About a month later 35 days the stove repeated the issue and Daniel came out. I wasn't available so my wife had to handle it and though we're both nervous about the cliche talk over the wife head scenario we couldn't have been more wrong. Daniel explained everything, then went through every possibility to remedy the issue. He could of special ordered the part but I chose just to upgrade my stove. Daniel was a true professional and really cares about the work and the people not the money. I highly recommend Aviv and Daniel.

Guys were very nice but told me the problem with my dishwasher not draining was the pump which would cost about the same as a brand new dishwasher. So I bought a new dishwasher ran it and the new dishwasher wouldn't drain (same problem as I had with old dishwasher) A friend came by and checked the tubes and there was a clog from food in the tube that needed to be removed. The old dishwasher that obviously had no problems got tossed so couldn't return the new one. A food clog cost me over 500 dollars including the 90 dollars I paid them.

All 3 of the Techs that came out were outstanding and so was your office staff. You have a great staff. Thanks again.

The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Arrived promptly and completed job timely.

Rick Hughes called to give me a time estimate, arrived most cheerful and professional, once determined explained the reason for the problem and showed me culprit device. He came in with a younger man, Brandon, who was learning the business. As he worked, he discussed with Brandon possible problems, telling him other issues that could happen with my type of machine. He then asked me how I washed, etc, and told me the scientific and empiric reasons for limiting soap, using powder over liquid HE products, and the pros and cons of water temperature and use of secondary products that may or may not augment cleaning. I have been washing clothes for 67 years, really amazed at the complexities involved today. I appreciated how personable Rick was with my problem and how important I was as a customer. As a retired nurse practitioner who always had students, I was also impressed by the way he instilled young Brandon with the passion and expertise involved in his job. I wish we had more mentors/professionals like him.

The tech Bryan was excellent. He was punctual and a very likeable person. He informed us of all the process that go on with the refrigerator and what the problem was. Regretfully I just didn't have the money to have the repair done at the time. I will call back and have the repair done and ask for Bryan by name, not sure if he gets incentives for work be he should get one. Thanks James
