Description of Work: Found that the dishwasher seemed to be OK, but there was no water line to the machine. They don't do that. It was recommended that I get a plumber. I fixed it myself.

Description of Work: I asked them to replace hose on dishwasher. The problem had already been diagnosed but they still wanted to charge for diagnosis and the total was about the same as new dishwasher so I bought one. I kept calling them for estimate because they did not call me

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we are very sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations.we send you a detailed email and hope that it will clear things for you . for this public venue . 1.you actually DID NOT use our service. you called for a price on replacing a part which we gave you. 2.we explained to you what the charges were BEFORE we were to come out. 3.our prices are NOT based on what a new appliance cost,we run a service organization and have MANY expenses involved with running our company. 4.you called us back about couple hours after you requested a quote,and we apologized that we did not do it faster 5.the repair cost was around $190.00 with an installation price of $125.00 I am not sure where you bought a dishwasher for $75.00 , this would be as you wrote "the total was about the same as new dishwasher " we hope that you will find a company in the future that will be a better fit for your needs. Description of Work: Washer was making loud noises during spin cycle. They confirmed it was a bad tub bearing and would be a costly repair (>$500.00). We opted not to fix the washer and decided to buy a new one. The technician gave several good suggestions to my wife for proper operation of a washer in the future. Also, offered some advice on the dishwasher. We appreciated his professionalism. |This company was great to do business with. Prompt telephone answering and easy to schedule. Arrived as promised.

thank you for taking the time to write a review. we are sorry that you choose to give us a "B" rating , we came out to your house on the same day, we diagnosed the refrigerator and you declined the repair.when our office called to do a follow up you kept saying "my refrigerator is still broken" ,well we didn't do a repair so yes it is still broken.yet you told the office that you were very very happy with the tech and the office.the only problem that you mentioned was that the price was high and you are correct , between the cost of the part and the service that's involved with a 5 year warranty the repair cost is around $400.00 please fell free to call Sears or any other national service company to check with them on their charges. sincerely Aviv Service Today.
