Description of Work: Called for repair of the freezer section of my refrigerator. Initial thought was a specific hardware failure based on the early test, but turned out to be something much less. Tech took the simplest diagnosis and so far has proved true.

Description of Work: There was ice build-up under the deli drawer of our GE frig. Brain, the service provider, explain why this was happening and suggested that we keep the freezer temp at 2 deg rather than -2 deg. He removed the ice plug in the drain tube and removed the ice from the frig. Brain explained what he was doing every step of the process. We are very pleased with the service and hope Brian's advice prevents the problem from reoccurring. |Paul and Arlene
