I felt like I got the bait and switch act. Repair man came and removed chalking and water came out. Did try to reset toilet was temporary patch because original flange was installed improperly, cost me $180. Tradesman said he would have to come back to fix at a price 3x higher than plumber who fix problem on spot. He said it would be a possible 6 hours job and told me about all this sophisticated equipment he would need to cut out old flange and possibly drill into flooring. The plumber who completed the job did it in 2 hours at originally quoted price $200 and did what was needed to complete the job.

Four years ago, I hired this firm to completely replace my heating and air conditioning system. It wasn't cheap and there were things I was told they would do that were never done, but all in all things seemed ok at the time. However, this is the third time I have had to have this capacitor replaced and even I knew that's what was needed, so there was no diagnostic challenge. With a coupon to cover the service call, and a warranty for the parts, the charge was still $145...for less than half an hour of labor. That seems like exploitation to me. Who grts psid over $300 an hour for labor? Then, the repairman told me blowing out a capacitor was a common problem and I should have had a surge protector installed to prevent this problem and for several hundred dollars they would be glad to install one. That should have been done when they installed the system since I contracted with them for a complete replacement system including new vents, electrical system, and everything they recommended. It is outrageous to think they created a product that pretty much guarantees them $145 PLUS a service call at least once a year after making a tidy profit on the original package. I would NOT recommend this business because they are grossly overpriced and apparently practice planned obsolescence. Unfortunately, I will have to use them again because of my warranty.
