She was a pleasure to work with. She came to the house prior to work date to ensure she knew everything we wanted cleaned. We left and when we returned we were very impressed! Very pleasant experience, would gladly recommend, will use again.

Jovita is AMAZING. I cannot say enough great things about her and her company. I've used her many, many times and will continue to use her. I first used Jovita for a deep clean of my home. With two children and both parents working, the nitty gritty cleaning was getting the best of us and Jovita came in and spent hours cleaning. We were so pleased that we started getting our home cleaned on a regular basis, every two weeks. I also used Jovita to clean our rental property prior to the sale and closing. The new owners were over the moon. Same thing on our home. I used Jovita to clean our home prior to the sale and closing. Those owners were very pleased, too. As soon as we get situated in our new home, I intend to go back to using Jovita on a regular basis. The cleaning included, windows, kitchen cabinetry, wood floors, blinds, light fixtures, etc.

Ripped off ! Now details. I told Jovita several times I wanted a thorough top to bottom cleaning of a Townhome. I mean I made a point of telling her I wanted a price to CLEAN EVERYTHING ! The sellers had moved out just a day or two earlier and I wanted the place MOVE IN CLEAN ! The home looked fairly clean already but we wanted it scrubbed cleaned again . Jovita told me she does it all cabinets in and out , appliances in and out not just dusted but cleaned and sanitized and I said also the oven and she said yes. Her price was $125.00 for 4 hours which I thought was cheap but she sounded confident that in an empty place she could go to town cleaning. Now remember I specified several times that I wanted it cleaned well ! I was working in the garage and could not watch her work but I thought she would do what she said but didn't. At two hours she started loading up and said she was finished. Like a DA ( I don't mean District Attorney ) I paid her and she left quickly. I inspected what she did and she did not clean much, she was playing "Beat the Clock" . My daughter and had to clean the kitchen over especially the cabinets ,it's like she didn't even look in them . She went through the motions on the floors but still dirty. People out there believe me she is small time ! Don't let her website fool you . I could give a better review over the phone .

Jovita Swain was great. She came over to my home and worked her tail off cleaning from the moment she arrived to the moment that the service was done up to the time that I paid for. She didn't at all stop short of the time that I paid and there were times I saw her out of breath working on the home cleaning. I was pleased with the quality of the service as well. Plus she brought over her own cleaning products. I really liked that.

She was 15 minutes late but apologized and explained that she got lost coming from Mt. Pleasant. She started work right away and checked in periodically to make sure we were satisfied with her progress. She is the owner of the company and takes pride in her work. We were so happy with her work, we scheduled monthly whole house cleanings starting next month.

She arrived promptly at 9 am and after a brief discussion, set to work deep cleaning the bathrooms. She took time to thoroughly clean. I was impressed at how she moved through the house quickly but thoroughly. My house looked and smelled great after she was finished. I recommended her to my son and will be pleased to pass on her name to all I meet. Best cleaning service ever!!
