Jovita is fantastic. My house is the cleanest its ever been and looks and smells wonderful. She has great attention to detail, and I plan to use her services in the future. She was a few minutes late, but let me know - which was much appreciated. Also, text is the quickest way to get in touch.

Jovita has been cleaning our townhouse for a few months now. She does an incredible job! She goes above and beyond with all the details & the house smells wonderful:)! I highly recommend her!

I bought a $149 big deal for this service. It was okay and not quite as okay as I thought. There was one thing in my shower that I thought was something that they could not get off. I would have thought that she would know that it was just a special kind of soap scum that had to be removed with some kind of soap scum remover, which I had. That is the only thing. Otherwise it was okay. Their responsiveness was good.

She walked in and said we must have a lot of money because we have a lot of stuff. We do have a lot of stuff--combining 2 households into one 1200 sqft house without a garage means stuff. But, we had also put it all up off the floor so that there would be access to the floors--the money comment is either here nor there, but she seemed to have a real problem with the clutter. I wasn't there but apparently she kept asking my husband what we wanted done, he clarified, kitchen, baths, floors as a priority but he works from home so he didn't have time to go around with her to each room to specify exactly what needed to be done--the assumption being that she knew how to clean. That would be fine, except for the random cleaning which seemed to indicate that she did not know how to clean. The finish was scrubbed off on the drain in the bathroom and there was a slippery film on the hardwood floor (what did she use? Not hardwood floor cleaner). She did a great job cleaning the dog door (over and above in my opinion) but didn't wipe down the counters. . .etc. She probably would be great at cleaning office spaces and areas where there is no clutter and no delicate surfaces, but our house seemed to confuse her.

She was very argumentative and blames Angies List for changing her personal website. Only thing positive is that they arrived on time.

Very responsive in scheduling through Angie's List messenger. They arrived early and worked quickly; very professional.

They were very good and as a matter of fact, I've hired them full time once a month. She said she'd keep that price if I went with them every month. We are very pleased. They are very fast. They waste no time, they come in to do the work and then they get out. That's what I like. We had some trouble getting together.

Would have been nice if she'd cleaned carpets and stove too but all things considered the tenant said it was an improvement. So all good I guess.

She and our helper worked at a very good pace. They scheduled for an hour and a half. She got the job done. They've done very well the two times they're been here. The price was fair and the quality was very good. The responsiveness was a little bit difficult before we made an appointment but afterwards, it was smooth.

She came out and did what she could do in the time that she had. She did actually stay longer than the required time, but it was just too much for one person to do in that kind of time. The service was pretty prompt.

overall, she did a good job. I probably should have asked her to clean windows also since I was paying for 4 hours and she was done in 2 hours, but that was lesson learned for next time.

Jovita did a great job. She arrived 10 minutes early and we walked through the house so that I could point out what was most important to be done within the 3 hours. She immediately got to work and did absolutely everything that I asked for and more. She worked for an extra 10 minutes without me asking, just so that she could finish. My house looks great and the price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend her for sure.

i called an we agreed upon 2 people for 2 hours for $100. she showed up alone and told my wife we never talked about terms of her work(like i am going to have someone show up without discussing price?!?!?). she said she could do by herself for 3 hours for $99. figured as long as she did a good job it didn't matter. my wife waited outside with the dog for two hours while she cleaned. she got my wife and told her she was done after only two hours. when my wife looked around the house was still dirty. she only cleaned one bathroom, didn't even touch the other, and there was still dirt and leaves on the floor of the one bedroom she "cleaned" and didn't go in the other bedroom. when my wife asked her about the agreed upon three hours time and it had only been two she said she had to go to a funeral. weird, we had it set up for thursday and she texted that she was available wed, so we changed our plans to have her come a day early at her bequest. since we didn't do a good job and had to leave early she said just pay me what you think you should. my wife gave her $40 and the Bi*^& threw it at her and told her that the cleaning was a gift and left the house in a hurry. how can you run a business like this??? she needs to hire people to clean for her and just answer the phone.

Fantastic! I called her on Saturday morning explaining I needed the house cleaned over the weekend and she told me she could do it the same day. She came over at 3:30pm and finished at 8:10pm. The house looked brand new and my new tenants were extremely pleased! Jovita took pride in her work. My tenants took her number and I expect to use her for my home. Highly recommend as I can't imaging a better experience. Two thumbs up! Five stars :)

I was totally satisfied with Aqua Maids. This was my first time using this service, and I will DEFINITELY call them again. The owner was totally professional, and did not cut any corners. She definitely takes pride in her work and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

My house looked and smelled spectacular and now we have Aqua Clean scheduled every other week. Jovita is very professional and contacts me with any schedule changes. She is very detail oriented and our house always looks incredible after she and her team clean !

Jovita (the owner) and Tasha were early, which I appreciated, and they stayed busy for the whole visit. They were friendly, polite, and efficient. They asked about my preferences (such as what I'd prefer they use on the hardwood floors) and did a fine job. Jovita exuded enthusiasm; she genuinely seems to enjoy the work. She was also joyful about attaining her US citizenship, which made me very proud for her. She made suggestions about potential services she could provide for future visits, and checked to be sure that they met her cleaning standards (and mine!) in each room. I am glad to have found this company, and will recommend them to both friends and Angie's members. I plan to employ them again.
