Aqua Clean Maids Service

It went very well. Homebuyer had a final walkthrough overlapping with housecleaning, AquaClean when over the first floor, which is wood, several times so there were no footprints.

What a disappointment! The dust was still there. The cobwebs were still there. And the house smelled like cheap disinfectant. But she is fast. We will never use her again.

Great! She was prompt, professional, and thorough. We have hired her on a permanent basis!

It went so well that I have asked her to return. She arrived early and was very pleasant. The house was sparkling!

Aqua Maids did an amazing job! Nothing was left uncleaned and they left the house in a great condition. They were there for the full time and we definitely got our money's worth

Not well. We made an appointment. She came over and said that the price is $250 not $149 even though our house is 2000 sq. ft. below the 2500 sq ft limit in the ad. She said the ad is incorrect and should not say "deep cleaning" but this is the only cleaning she does for first time. I just think they should have at least honored the advertised deal one time.

Cleaner was friendly and curious she made sure my wife was pleased with her work before leaving.

Jovita did a fabulous job! She used her own equipment and cleaning supplies and completed the work in the time allotted. I walked through the house before she left. I could not be more pleased. In fact she did such a great job I plan to have her return on a regular basis.

We've always been satisfied. She's responsive by phone, she's timely, she comes with her own cleaning supplies (other than extra paper towel), she works hard and cleans well.

That was not done. Apparently there has been some mix up in the pay or whatever but I paid her anyhow. Well it's one lady and she's fine she does a good job I can't complain about that. The biggest complain I would have is making the appointment and setting it and putting it on my schedule that we agreed to. And my second biggest complaint would be I think she made an error I don't know who's fault it is, she came last time and I pulled out my check stubs and she seemed to think I owed her so I paid her but I probably won't use her again in fact I'm looking for someone else, I'm gonna look on group on or something to see if somebody else out my area I could try at least.

If I had to do it again, I would use a different company. They wiped down the wall. I wound up helping them wipe the walls down and wipe the counters down. I would not go with that company again. They wiped my walls in the kitchen and the stuff they had was not good, so I showed the gentleman how I wanted my walls washed down. I did it myself. I did not like it. When you are dusting somebody's house you use your own duster, she used my duster. She said it looked like mine, but it was mine. When you mop my floor use water. Maybe I am just old school and some people like them, but I didn't. They were excellent in responsiveness. They did not have their stuff together for cleaning, you do more than just go into people's bathrooms and clean them.

Excellent service! I will be using their service again and I highly recommend Aqua Clean!

Honestly, the bathroom and kitchen were sparkling clean, and they did a great job, but they used some cleaner that I'm clearly allergic to (I was up all night with itchy eyes, as was my five-year old). It might even have been too much beach. If you provide your own products, I think they would do a good job.

Will never even consider Aqua Clean even if it's free.

Jovita showed up and after a quick conversation about what needed to be done, she got right to work. I found her to be professional and friendly. She did everything that was asked, even staying a little bit longer than the 3 hours we had agreed on to finish up. The $99 deal from Angie's List makes it a steal for the quality of work done. Even without the deal we will be calling Aqua Maids again.

It went extremely well. The house looked better than when we moved in. She was on-time and finished in the estimated time frame. Overall, great experience.

Jovita is always very prompt. There was one time she was running late and called to let me know. I have had several other cleaning services clean for me and none were as prompt or reliable as Jovita. Also, none of them cleaned the bathrooms as thoroughly as she does. She is very quick and doesn't waste time or take any breaks. She never talks on her cell phone while she's cleaning for me. She is always smiling and cheerful. We look forward to seeing her.

No one ever showed up. No one called. I just threw money away
