Description of Work: Aqua Clean house cleaning service did an amazing move out cleaning job of 5 years worth of living in my duplex! They were punctual and efficient. I would certainly recommend to friends.

Description of Work: Did clean house. But was not what I considered a deep clean. Polishing the floor is not cleaning it. We had to clean it after they left because milk that had been spilled on the floor was still there. After doing this we realized the floor was not even cleaned just polished. Kitchen floor the same we had to clean again. Stove was not cleaned fridge was not cleaned other areas of the home was spot cleaned. Was asked multiple times what we want done. I would imagine if this is what you are being paid for you should know how to clean a home. If I am not mistaken the initial add stated deep clean to include stove and fridge. Asked them not to use other vacuum they brought but still did. Did not realize this until it was already done. Provided them with our vacuum when they arrived. After asking them about using it they said they would. Kind of defeated the purpose and then some how it did not work after one room. Not exactly sure how this would happen since it is new and is a 1200.00 vacuum. Would rather do it my self next time or defiantly find some one a little more experienced in what they do. Not to be so negative but we have twins and this was something we paid for to help relieve a little stress. Now we are out 350.00 and will be cleaning the house again this weekend.

Description of Work: We have a rental property that required a really deep cleaning after the tenants left. Ms. Swain was early and got right to work. I am afraid she underestimated the sheer volume of the cleaning needed but she took care of it and stayed until the job was done (7 hours!). We were really pleased with the results and will definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: Did not preform service that was purchased through angie's list. This was the second time I used their service (first time things went very well), and there seemed to be problem because I didn't call them directly, this time. At the last minute they changed the time previously scheduled (no explanation offered). I gave my cell # in case there were any additional problems, but for some reason, they didn't have it. Two workers were there for barely an hour(for 3 cleaning hours). Listing information indicated they provided cleaning products, but I was told they didn't. (I did show them what was indicated in their listing). For the most, I got the feeling they had overbooked.
