Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in 5 rooms and cleaned several pieces of furniture. They did not move any furniture. Tech arrived on time and went straight to work after surveying rooms to be cleaned. Cleaning removed stains on carpet from previous pets and misc. spills. Very thorough on the sofa and love seat. Everything looks and smells great.

They have done water extraction jobs, carpet cleaning jobs, and once even tightened a carpet that was old and worn and looked like it couldn't be saved. They have saved some of my home sellers hundreds if not thousands in carpet replacement by making old worn out and stained carpets look like new. I highly recommend giving them a try for damaged or nasty carpeting before replacement.

When the gentleman was doing the job I pointed out an area in the carpet that was buckled and might need stretching, his reply was "the carpet has a memory and it will go away" Of couse the buckle is still in the carpet! When it came time to pay, he made it sound like he was giving me a great deal, I ended up paying $50 more than what was quoted on the phone.
Description of Work: I called this company to stretch my carpets that had buckles in them.

+ -1 moreI was discussing the terrible looking carpet with the lady who cleans my house and who is very familiar with the carpet problem that I had (and have had for a long time). She called her daughter who recommended APEX. After a week or two agonizing over the situation, I decided to call APEX. Mr. Rogers answered the phone and I spoke with him at length about my problem. He was very, very nice and explained their process in cleaning carpets with pet stains. I agreed to have them clean the carpet. I called him on Monday, July 6th, and Mr. Rogers made the appointment for Tuesday, July 7th. As I said in paragraph 14, my husband and I still cannot believe that it is the same carpet! The technician did a beautiful job, and I will not hesitate to call APEX if and when the carpet needs cleaning again.
Description of Work: Carpet in the dining room, living room, bedroom and hall was cleaned and treated with a Pet Enzyme Treatment. I had another carpet cleaner on three prior occasions (the last time about 15 months ago) and the stains always returned within a few days after they were here. I want to stress the fact that the pet stains were very, very bad. The carpet looks as if it is a new one when, in fact, it is about 5 or 6 years old. The Technician was very nice, friendly and professional; he explained the entire cleaning process. When the carpet needs cleaning again, I will most cerrtainly use APEX. A neighbor who needs her carpet cleaned came to see the results of APEX's cleaning and she was surprised to see that the carpet was so clean and remarked that it looked like it was new. When the contractor completes the painting at her house she plans to all APEX to take care of her carpet.
