It went well. I liked them.

This company hired out people to do the service. When Danny came out he thought he was doing Pressure Washing but I hired them for specifically gutter cleaning. Danny did start to clean my gutter, he did start to put the debris in a trash bag but he did drop a lot of the debris all over my plants and main deck. He did sweep that up but there was A LOT of debris swept into the smaller deck.

Ambassador thoroughly scrubbed the windows and all around the seals and sills.They removed debris from the gutters and drainpipes.I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness, as well as the quality work.

Their prices were reasonable and they did a fine job. I was satisfied with their service.

Kenneth and Jerry were the 2 people I dealt with - both were very friendly, helpful, professional. I wish I could give a higher score than A. All my inquiries were responded to and the work was performed in a timely manner with GREAT results!! Not only that, but the work was done for $275.00. Just to give you an idea of how fair I think this price is - one other quote I got was $500, another one was $410 without including the gutters (just the pressure washing). And 3 of the companies I called took over a week to respond to my initial inquiries. I will definately use Ambassador again!!!

I called late one afternoon expecting to reach a voicemail box or answering machine, but Kenneth answered right away. I needed my gutters cleaned and the house pressure washed - I'm unable to do either by myself because of a bad back. Kenneth said they would come by the next day while I was at work to look over the property and give me a quote. I got the quote via e-mail very quickly - Kenneth suggested pressure washing the driveway (it looked bad) and washing the windows as well. He gave a nice package price, so I replied to do it all. When I didn't get a reply back the next day, I called again and this time I left a message. I got a call a few days later from Kenneth apologizing for not being able to get the work done as quickly as he had hoped - one of his experienced workers quit suddenly on him. He called again a few days later to tell me exactly when they would be coming. I got home that day and the work had all been done as promised - everything looked great! A bill was left in my mailbox. My only small complaint was that I had to mail a check for payment, I would have rather called or visited their website to pay via credit card. I keep all of my home repairs tracked via credit card payments, which helps me maintain my budget. I rarely use checks for anything anymore.

Very nice people to deal with. On time and explained everything that was going to be done. My gutters were filled with debris and leave from an old oak. Also during the pressure washing they also move my patio furniture and cleaned for free. Now the house is clean without all the pollen and i dont have to worry about clogged gutters now that i have them coverd. Great experience and would use in the future.

Excellent job, price very reasonable, gave estimate and then arrived on time for the job. I will definately use them again.

It was great. Roof looks brand new and they say I only need it done every 3-5 years. My roof will last longer and my house stands out on the block as clean and fresh.
