Description of Work: They arrived on time and diagnosed the problem (burnt out 10 kw heat strip). They checked for parts; but, were no longer available due to age of unit. They called back at the end of the day and offered to have a specialty company custom build a set of heat strips for $575. I passed on the offer since I found an online supplier with several OEM "new old stock" 5 kw heat strips. I bought two 5 kw heat strips ($25 each), disassembled and installed them on the original 10 kw frame, and then replaced them in my HVAC unit. My old HVAC unit is working fine. AGL's diagnosis was correct, they were polite, on-time, and did not pressure me to replace my old unit.
