The person who came out to work was very economical, responsive, professional and kind. He was easy to work with and I have no complaints about him.

Things went quite well. Paul was able to work within my schedule, and finished the job in 4 days on our 1700 sf house with 3 roof lines. He was there every day leading the crew of 1 or 2 other men. They knew that I wanted to be active in the process, and were good about answering questions and bringing me out to show me things as they came across them.My big complaint is the mess. Paul talked a lot about the tarps that he uses to collect debris, but they obviously did not help much with the small stuff. I was told not to worry, that they would clean it all up. I didn t push it, and things looked alright at first glance, but it was a mess on closer inspection. The bushes were littered with bits and pieces, cigarette butts were all over the yard, and with my trusty $15 magnet, I collected over 300 roofing nails (including all along the driveway where the dumpster had been). There would have been a few flat tires and some dangerous lawn mowing if I had just trusted that it was done.
