+ 1 moreThousand dollars here and then there added up to considerable amounts. Budgets were continually overrun even though Carton assured me that the cost would not increase ANYMORE. The total array of maintenance headache plants plus the mismatched sizes were redone by a Professional landscaping company in Jan. 2013. Carton and his crew can do basic landscaping but any major work is out of his and his company's league.
Description of Work: Replace turf lawn with a maintenance free yard full of azaleas. Take out all existing bushes on north side of the house. Remove large tree on west side. Install a brick walkway from patio to edge of yard. Plant azaleas and other plants at the discretion of Carlton, the owner.

+ 0 moreWhat started out as simply removing old shrubs and then replacing the entire yard with alkalies escalated. Thousand here and then another kept growing. Each time I asked if that was going to be it, Carlton assured me the cost would be no higher. I take partial blame for not being more hands on instead of just trusting Carlton. I took him at his word instead of getting the entire project written out along with prices.
Description of Work: Carlton would be served well taking a course in how to follow up and the necessity to return calls. He will learn that having a good referral base and maintaining an untarnished reputation will make his business prosper.

+ 1 moreCarlton described everything that would be done and what it cost. He showed up on the agreed date and was finished on time. Very good communication skills! Do not be afraid to ask questions!! He will answer everything. I would recommend him highly and plan on using him again
Description of Work: I had a lawn irrigation system installed and they did a great job for a great price!!!! He put in all of the piping and sprinkler heads and backflow preventer as well as cutoff valves and isolation valves. A real turn key installation
