Builder did it in 1 day with a small crew excellent work, excellent manners, timely, professional, cleaned up after them selves Shed with stood Hurricane Matthew (2016) no rain got in, shed stayed dry, and most of all it didn't blow over :) the builder used hurricane straps to secure the shed down & this was not an extra cost.

Builder met with us, suggested a new replacement deck design and provided estimated cost and time frame for completion. Builder constructed new deck in a highly professional manner. Excellent results! Cost estimate and time frame for completion very accurate. I would recommend this contractor to anyone interested in new or replacement decks/storage sheds!

Crew showed up in the morning and completed the entire project in 1 day. David brought in a couple crews to get our project done. They were very professional and organized. There was a new hone construction next door and the workers there were in awe of how efficient David and his crew were.

Very disappointing. After the contact was signed, this company ONLY wanted to be paid in CASH. They made it clear that they could not accept any payment that would have to go through their bank and was not willing to provide the paperwork the IRS requires. Furthermore, he apparently was not going to charge sales tax, which turned out later to be due to the fact that he was only going to accept cash. Doesn't seem very ethical. I would definitely NOT recommend dealing with this company.

The project went very well. David Davis was punctual and professional. He always let me know when he would arrive and where he was in the project. He gave a work schedule to complete the job and he started and finished exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was top notch, his workers New exactly what was expected each day so the job moved efficiently. They were good about cleaning up the worksite each night which was nice, so we did not have to look at a messy construction site throughout the entire project. I would have no problem with hiring him again.

Dave and crew arrived as stated (02/18/2015 @ 7:00 AM and began work. Started from the foundation and worked their way up. Dave kept me informed as what was happening--where to place foundation, where to place the doors, to place the window and other items. Explained where the hurricane clips were placed and why at their location. If I had any other questions, Dave would stop and answer my questions. Dave and his crew worked together like a well oiled machine. I was well impressed by their work; each knew what had to be done. I will highly recommend, Dave and his crew, for any shed work that they perform! If I any other work on sheds, they will be my first choice. I would recommend they add a rolling magnet with wheels to their tools to pick up nails. Some nails were lying around. All in all, Dave and crew did a very satisfactory job !!!!! Like to note the Sales Rep, Chris Beaulieu, explaining the different sheds available and cost for each shed. Chris was able to answer all my questions. Tim Hobby 02/20/2015

AAA Quality Buildings did and excellent job from start to finish. Excellent customer service, prompt, professional, fast and great craftsmanship. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Dave and crew showed up early and wasted no time getting setup. They were completely instep with one another and finished the project in about four hours. They cleaned up the yard debris and did a good job. Dave has a coupon on this website for a free ramp.

This was beautiful to watch. Our yard went from flat ground to a beautiful shed in five hours. As I told Dave the builder and his helpers, it was like watching ballet, except a lot better. Everybody knew their jobs and worked so well that it just flowed together. I never thought that a shed could be built so quickly and so accurately, but that's exactly what happened. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Dave came out very promptly to provide a design and estimate. Once we finalized the design and price they scheduled us in very quickly. Within a very short time, our unique storage shed was put up. The craftsmanship is excellent and after they started they promptly finished the entire job in 1-1/2 days. All of the staff were very professional, polite and grateful for the work. The group look very organized and it was clear they knew what they were doing. They finished, cleaned up the entire area and thanked me for the opportunity. Their great quality and solid service made me feel great about my purchase.

Cement slab was formed with 1ft deep footer with metal screen and rebarb in form. Storage building was secured to slab with bolts. Roof was hurricane strapped and Architecture shingles were installed. Over quality of building is very good.

Outstanding craftsmanship, in fact, noteworthy in every detail. Custom built to my specs. It happened so fast, that I didn't see them when I came back, for a check-in on the first day or morning I should say Then finished, cleaned up next morning and job complete. Very professional crew, and Mr Davis was generous with my discount. I am going to use them again, if I get the chance, because now all of my neighborhood is asking me where did I discover them. Mr Davis and his team showed up on time and worked the entire time on site. Much of the cutting and such was done prior to his arrival, so the work on site was mostly assembly. I appreciated how he brought me in at certain points to ask what i wanted and asked my opinion. i felt as though most of the decisions that i had to make, Mr Davis explained things to me and allowed me to make an informed decision. I am very please with the finished product and i will most definitely use him again. He has my highest recommendation!

My experience with them went fine and I didn't have any problems with them. The speed with which they worked, they were able to complete the project in less than a day. I thought the quality of the structure was pretty good for the price. I think their pricing was reasonable. They were right on schedule.

I purchased the 7' 8x14 Town House with no windows. The build was scheduled, they showed up on time and in a matter of a short 4 hours the entire thing was constructed. The great 5 year warranty on the craftsmanship allows me piece of mind, but considering the quality we are talking about here, I doubt I will get to use it. I love my new shed and has done wonders with being able to store things since I lost my attic to a renovation.

I got a flyer from a friend that had Dave build a shed for him. I called and Dave came to the house within two days. He explained the material he uses and all the options that were available. We set a date and then he left. The date was about six weeks away. Dave called me about a week later to say that he an opening do to a delay of one of his customers getting a permit. He arrived when he said he would. They were very organized and neat. They cleaned up all of the waste and hauled it away. Everyone was very pleasant and hard working. They never stopped, not even for lunch, until the shed was completed.
