After 2 years in my house & 2 different companies, Todd came in & immediately assessed, & delivered solutions, to the issues Iâ d been complaining about. Fantastic. We had a little trouble getting them out to my house, then it went great. The technician that worked on my system was very knowledgeable and personable. He was aware of my schedule and worked towards that. He found a few things that needed further attention, gave me an estimate for the additional work, we set up a time for his return within a couple of days. He returned on time again and actually was able to correct the issues for less than I was quoted. I don't have the knowledge to know if all he did was needed but he explained everything in depth and I was comfortable that he was being honest with me. The initial work was for a seasonal check up. I can imagine this does not cover costs. It is hard to get a busy contractor to take time to do the small jobs. I would definitely use 5 Star again.

I had a new HVAC and duct work installed in a house that I purchased over the summer. Stephen, the owner of the company was very knowledgeable on the different types of HVAC units and the best way to install new duct work to areas of the house that had never been centrally heated or cooled. He and his employees worked very hard during the August heat to make sure the installation process was done properly and in a timely manner. The new system works great, and I am completely satisfied with Five Star Heating Cooling and Insulation.
