3R Repair Right & Remodeling

Description of Work: Dan did some work under the house and painted the outside of my house. There were some boards that needed to be replaced and he did a wonderful job identifying and replacing them. Would recommend and use again. Dan had experienced knowledge and worked diligently.

Description of Work: Dan worked on some minor repairs and maintenance tasks at my home. He and his helper were on time, professional and cleaned up after they completed their work.I plan on using them again in the future.

Description of Work: repared two farly largeholes in wall. Work was well done. also did minor repairs--baseboard sliding door. Again, work was done well.

Description of Work: I had a total remodel of my kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, hall, and 2 bedrooms. He removed all these floors down to the dirt to get rid of the mold and mildew. He built sills, joists, subfloor and floors. In the course of this remodel, he built walls, smoothed ceilings, added crown, chair rails, tile on floor, hardwoods in the dr and lr, and painted. My kitchen included building cabinets, backsplash, and an island table. He also put plastic underneath the house as he was going as a moisture barrier. For my kitchen, he took out a wall between kitchen and dr and put in 2 walls for boxes for my refrigerator/cabinet on one wall and another box for my coffee bar with walkway in between. He recommended a plumber, electrician, heating AC, and granite installation.

Description of Work: I met Mr. Hayes after my water heater expired and leaked everywhere. May I tell you, this gentleman came to assess my problem within hours, saw the damage. Within two days,hauled the old one out and replaced the water heater (and getting me a good deal on the new one) saving me money and paid less than the actual price of replacement! You actually see Him again after the quote. Doesn't send the goons to do the job! I really appreciate that! After all this, no. my "other issues" from the damage are not resolved yet. Walls and floors. That's Insurance company issues Dan Hayes is my hero at a time when I seriously needed help. Absolutely would you give this company THUMBS UP. Thank you again Dan and I'll surly call him next time, you can trust this guy!!!!

Description of Work: Dan helped me remodel my entire house. He's got a good heart and works pretty hard. He's resourceful and can figure out how to do things on a budget as well as being able to do things right. He really cares about his customers and will do crazy things like bring you a light fixture he found at a garage sale or a window he got on sale at Home Depot. The bad: Dan talks waaaay toooo much. He'll talk your ear off - tell you his life story. Also you need to be very specific and rigid about what you want it to turn out like. If you have a style that doesn't jive with what Dan likes he'll (with the best of intenions) try to sway you to his style even if you don't like it. I don't recommend asking his opinion about style etc - just show him a picture of what you want and tell him exactly which products to buy to get that look.
