I contacted the company over the phone and set up an appointment to have the debris removed. I was told I would receive a phone call on the day of service to let me know they were on the way. I received the call and the guys arrived on time and worked quickly and got the job done. We were very impressed with their professionalism and courteous manner. This is an excellent service and I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends. I prefer this service over a dumpster in my yard.

Their work is always done professionally and with respect and integrity every time! They are physically strong with high energy and get the job done in a timely manner. I can ask them to haul items from any space - attics, basements, storage units, offices, homes, garages, restaurants and it's never an issue. Their service will save you time, money and a ton of energy!! And you can feel good about how your items are handled. They follow strict regulations regarding disposal and recycling and pay the dump fees as part of the service! You can not go wrong with this company!

Timely arrival, uniformed workers. Explained process, removed large pile of trash from bathroom remodel and cleaned up sweeping area to remove nails,wood splinters etc. Worked quickly and efficiently. Would certainly recommend to others and would use again myself if needed.

We had a terrific experience. The entire crew treated my parents with respect and kindness. They were careful and didn't cause any damage to walls or floors. They even swept our garage after removing all of the junk there. The crew had to remove/replace doors in order to get the large pieces out. They also had to disassemble certain pieces of furniture and had no trouble with this. Owner was extremely knowlegable about what could and could not be donated locally. Finally, the price was more than fair for the large amount of junk to be hauled. I strongly recommend the Charleston location of the Got-Junk company.

They also tore down some shelving in the garage, took it with them as well. Price reflects several times they have done work for me.
