Description of Work: Was finally able to get tech to meet to go over the existing equipment in home to transfer services, after weeks of attempts. Once the owner was contacted directly everything worked out.

Description of Work: Our house was already wired with Sonitrol Security System but we have not had it activated since we purchased the house about 7 years ago. They came out to check out the system and for $100 they replaced the key pad and main control box...they were very old. However they did not try to sell us a new system as our censors and motion detectors were also old. They checked all the wiring and they still worked fine. They alarm has went off a couple of times when we were not there (false alarm thank goodness)...the police were called first thing and I was also called to verify if I were home or not. The one time they could not get ahold of me so they went down my call list. Very quick response and so far I am very pleased and feel more comfortable leaving my house for a few days knowing that they are "watching" it for me.

Description of Work: They installed a fire response system and also transferred my previous security system from ADT to Sonitrol. They were willing to expedite my work request since I was heading out of town in only a few days. They were professional and easy to work with. I was satisfied with the price.

Description of Work: I moved into a house which had Sonitrol years ago from previous owner - we still had the sign in the garage. no system in house though ( last owner must have taken it) so I called to get a new system put in. Made appt with a Mr Hoyt. On day of appointment he was a no show at the agreed time. He then called to say he got mixed up and would be there soon. Eventually showed up. Seemed knowledgable and friendly.Price was good. I was ready to do business on the spot. However, he would not leave a written estimate for me, said he "would e-mail it " to me. Now 3 weeks later and no e-mail, no estimate, no follow up phone contact! So very disappointed, I REALLY wanted to do business with this company. However, now can not trust that they will follow through with anything. If they are not motivated to follow through on a promise to send an estimate get my business, I doubt they will be there when I have a problem Aft they get my dollars. Would strongly recommend anyone looking for an alarm system to avoid Sonitrol.

Description of Work: When we moved in they came and redid the alarm system so it would communicate with their system. It was excellent. The salesman was extremely helpful. The service man was excellent and knew what he was doing. I had another service fella out because my 93 year old mother lives with us. It sets an alarm off if she falls and they call me.
