Easy to work with and very professional. No problems, it went really smooth. In fact, it couldn't have gone better. I'm telling my friends to give him a call.
Description of Work: Listed and sold my home and assisted in finding me a new home to purchase. Identifying and showing me houses to purchase. Laid out a strategy for negotiating the best price and taking care of the details to close. The buyer side was a free service to me. The listing side was a good deal, 4.9% listing.
