SprayAway Softwash

The work they did was fine and I had used this company in the past and never had a problem. This time I paid them in advance as I was very busy at work and could not take any time off to be at home when they came. I discussed this with the serviceman who came for the original estimate (Bill Melton) and he assured me that he would personally do the work himself and gave me his word that paying him in advance would not effect his work ethic. The job I hired them to do was spray wash my house, roof, porch and deck and apply a water sealant to the porch and deck. They did everything except apply the sealant. I called many, many, many times and was told that someone would be out to finish the job. That never happened. I finally sealed the porch and deck myself and asked that SprayAway return approx. $100 to me. I have not received a refund of any money. I would not recommend this company. Not because of the quality of their work (which was fine) but for their lack of integrity.
