Excellent in all ways: They arrived when they said they would, and the service took exactly how long as they forecast. I'm particularly pleased with the way they got rid of the stains on my roof, and the quality of their window cleaning.

He was flexible and punctual with the scheduling and he and his assistant were friendly and hard working. Fantastic! Best pressure washing job we have ever had done. Usually companies that have come out before do a terrible job. Michael was very professional, took his time to complete good, quality work. He cleaned around all of our windows, doors and garage door. We have one section of gutters that does not have a guard, and he cleaned it right out! Clog and all! Very reasonably priced! When we need our gutters taken care of again, we will certainly be calling Pro Finish again.

From a customer prospective, everything went great. Not sure Michael would think so. He had no sooner unloaded his equipment when Mother Nature opened the Heavrns. He preserved. His entire washing system was running but not spraying,he did some on site trouble shooting and everything was working again. Mother Nature continued her onslaught. Then his 2 most frequently used sprayer nuzzles began to malfunction about the same time the lightening started. Shortly after the lightening stopped, both nozzles functioning properly, he returned to his task. At the end of the day the house, driveway and sidewalk all sparkled. He returned the next day and did the Windows because, you just csn't do windows in the dark.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pro Finish Pressure Washing! First of all, I love to support a small, locally owned business. I have recommended Pro Finish to all friends and family. We purchased an old "new" home that was built in 1993. It was not well maintained and needed to be cleaned. Michael was great to communicate with and answered back quickly to all of my questions and concerns. He even came out twice for free to look at our home to give the best estimate and discuss with us what we would like done. He spent 8 hours at our home just to make sure that each detail was taken care of. Unlike other businesses that would rush to get done and move onto another project, Michael was more concerned with making sure we were satisfied and that he had earned a loyal customer. This truly impressed me that we cared this much about his work. Our home is now looking wonderful and is a point of pride for us. We hired Michael to come back and clean our deck a week later. It also looks phenomenal! We will be using Pro Finish in the future!
