David met with us to determine our needs, wrote us a fair bid, and built the deck by the date we requested. The crew of three not only built us a deck that we will enjoy for years to come, but they also built a pergola on the deck as part of the bid. We will work with Palmetto Enclosure for any and all future deck work we may need. We highly recommend David, Steven, Jacqueline, and Derek and thank them for a phenomenal deck on our home!

 + -1 moreDavid Adams was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He delivered all items he quoted us for and did it all within the amount he had quoted. He actually did a few extra items that were added later and did not charge extra for them. He and his crew were very clean and kept the work area spotless, hauling off all old materials. He was very prompt in starting and finishing in the time frame he proposed. He followed up on his work and made sure we were totally pleased with his work before accepting the balance of his fee.
Description of Work: Took down old screening from porch and installed new screening, along with new glass panel product along lower half which provided safety and at the same time afforded a clear view of the lake below. He also built new set of stairs on side of screen porch and anchored at the new stamped concrete (provided by another contractor). He also built new railings with the glas panels to enclose upstairs open porch.

 + -1 moreThey worked quickly and cleaned up after they were finished--taking all the trash with them. It took about 2 days. David Adams is very fair and friendly. He is the owner. He also worked with us, allowing us to do part of the job (insulating the ceiling and painting) that we were comfortable doing to save a little money.
Description of Work: This company enclosed an existing screen porch to make a sunroom. They removed the old screening and installed double paned sliding windows and a full-view door. It is nice looking and extends our living space--very energy efficient.
