Robert and his crew removed 3 large trees from tight locations skillfully, courteously, and quickly.

I have called them twice in one month, left a voice mail and was never responded to. Called (presumably the owner) a direct cell number and the voice mail box was full... Looks like the last reviews are from a year ago, so perhaps they are no longer in business or have issues with finding workers in the current climate? After the 2nd non-response I moved forward with other tree service providers.

They were incredible. I could not possibly be more impressed with their work and professionalism. I will use them again.

It was good and perfect. They did a good job and the price is reasonable.

Robert and his team were punctual, efficient, careful, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond stacking the wood I asked them to keep. I would definitely rehire.

Excellent. Robert's team arrived at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up perfectly. Very professional business. Our neighbor used them as well. We highly recommend.

Robert and his team arrived promptly at 8:00am, worked all day till 7:00pm. They left our yard cleaned of all debris and stacked the wood for us to be used later as firewood. Excellent work, very reasonable cost, and professional. M&L will be our go-to service for future tree trimming and removal projects. We recommend them very highly.

Perfect job, well done. One day before hurricane Florence blew into town Robert was kind enough to work me in to his already packed schedule at the end of the day. I'm sure his crew was exhausted from a hard day of work but it did not show and all were in good spirits and performed their tasks safely and flawlessly. I will call them back for any tree service that I need and I will recommend M&L Tree Service to anyone in need of their service.

The job was completed within one day while away at work, came home to a new front lawn and a very empty backyard which was excellent. :)

Very professional, reasonable prices and is always easy to work with.

They have all the right equipment, including a bucket truck and front loader. They are very straight forward and up front with everything they do, including providing a copy of their insurance. The owner is on site and available, and makes sure everything is going the way it's supposed to, plus they are very flexible, accommodating, and professional. The clean up afterwards is excellent, I wouldn't have even known they were there.

They are totally professional and the job was great. There were no problems, they cleaned up well, and everything went very smoothly. Excellent company all around, and I highly recommend them.

Once called, an appointment was set and Roberto he arrived on time and was well prepared to provide an estimate. Mrs Cloud had a lot of questions for him and ask for suggestions on other trees that we were thinking could be removed. Roberto advised that some trees needed to stay and that those trees were not a safety hazard and would provide excellent shade once the pines were removed. Once his crew arrived, it was all business then. Boy ole boy did they work hard in some tremendous heat. This was a four day operation and it was completed to perfection. They left no mess and the crew was professional, courteous and kind. No doubt at some point and time (we have more trees) and we will use ML Tree service again.

I've been pleased with their work and anticipated using them again in another part of my yard in the near future.

They never showed up. They were very friendly and prompt in coming for an estimate, but I finally gave up on them at the start of the fourth week they didn't show up. I called and texted several times, but rarely got a reply. The replies I did get told me they were so busy with emergencies they couldn't call me, but they would come soon. They got a good review from someone I trust, but I couldn't get them to show up. My hunch is that they do a good job when they do come, but they're not very organized when they get busy.

M&L Tree Service is great to work with. Brian is very flexible on the size of the job and the time frame. He came out several times to give us estimates on various jobs. We settled on a medium size job (3 large sweet gums, one large Bradford Pear, one crepe myrtle, & one large pine), and he came in and got everything done in two days. My only complaint is that it can sometimes take a few days to hear back from them after you leave a voicemail or call. But otherwise, it was a really great experience and I will definitely be using M&L Tree Service for any future tree removal needs.

Very happy with this service. These guys showed up with a small army of men and equipment and knocked out what I thought would be most of a days work in just 3 hours. They did everything they said they would do and even a few extra touches. When they were done, they cleared all debris from their work area and even cleared off some old leaves and stuff from my roof and cleared my driveway. I highly recommend this company for tree services.

The supervisor of the job left the sight. Trees that were to be trimmed were not, and trees that were not to be taken down were. They also, without my being consulted/asked, took down the fence and gate to my backyard, digging up a prized tree, as well as monkey grass, breaking the gate and leaning it up in the ground(!!!). The plants that were dug up are now dead. My backyard, that I have carefully maintained myself for 20 years has giant tractor tire indentions ALL OVER IT, holes. The grass has been destroyed. The utility lines that were taken down (again, no one advised me that would occur) were broken off of their fasteners on house, and hung haphazardly, dangling from the house. The front yard also has damage to lawn. I spoke with the supervisor after I called that night after the initial "work" was completed, barely able to talk so angry and in tears, sick to my stomach by the destruction of my yard at their hands...a yard that I had loved and nurtured for two decades. I was looking for IMPROVEMENTS based on my directions, was assured that would be done. Now, I don't recognize my yard. And I cry every morning when I leave for work...and every evening when I get home. No discount on fee was offered, only to "make it right," which I supervised last Saturday, only to realize they weren't putting down any sod, replacing the gate, planting trees where they took the wrong ones down. I'd take them to court, but I don't have the energy. Disastrous.

Large oak tree uprooted because of wet ground. Was leaning on my house and power line. Brian and his crew were responsive and did a good job. Very pleasant to work with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Although there were some minor communication issues concerning the actual scheduled day, everything worked out fine. They arrived on time, verified the actual work to be performed, and started right in without hesitation. I stayed out of their way, but watched from a distance as I was very impressed how efficient they were and how well they all worked together.. I was expecting the work to take all day, but was very surprised that all was done within 4 hours. If they took any breaks, I did not see it, but could hear chainsaws, front loader and raking the whole time. I highly recommend M&L Tree Service and will call them in the future for all my tree work.

After 3 different weeks of leaving messages I finally received a call back. Brian the owner apologized for not calling back because he had been out of town and extremly busy. We set up an appointment for his employee to come by on Saturday between 6 and 7 to look at work and give me an estimate. Waited and waited. No one ever showed up or ever called to let me know what was going on. So my time is wasted because they did not even have the courtesy to call me. Lo and behold i did receive a call the following Monday by the owner at 6:20 so say they had dropped the ball and sorry that his employee never contacted me. I had already spoken with someone else that Monday to which they came out the same day and gave me a quote. The was very poor service on M & L part and i really got the feeling over the phone that the owner was rushed and did not care very much. This is only the second time i have ever gave any one or company a bad review but it really ticked me off,

It was excellent. They were the first people who called me back for an estimate. They were very nice and very professional. They actually showed up earlier than they had estimated and they just immediately got to work. They guys were just really polite and really funny. They actually did a little extra than what I paid them for because they ground the stomp.
