They worked very quickly, doing all the work in less than two days and leaving the yard clean at the end of each day. I'm extremely pleased with the end results.

This is the second time we used this company. They get an A plus on both jobs. Nice crew with a very competent leader (Robert). Considering the tight quarters, there was very little collateral damage.

Their response was for an estimate was quick and they were able to take down the trees about 2 weeks later. The estimate was fair and I went with M and L over another company because they could do the work sooner. All the work was done in my back yard and it was a little tight for some of the trees, but they were able to take all of them down with no problem. They worked the whole day. My grass took a beating as well as a few other bushes, but some collateral damage is expected when you cut that many big trees. If they can, they drop the full tree and then cut it up and take it to the front yard using a tractor with a claw on the front. All the stumps were ground the same day just perfectly and general clean up was good. The crew all seemed like nice guys.

The team showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule. They worked quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in one hour and 45 minutes. They cleaned up and removed debris. All of the employees at M & L Tree Service were polite, punctual and very professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

I was impressed with the price quoted which was far lower than any other service. They did a good job though they did not leave the yard as clean as I would have liked but I really cannot complain about that. HOWEVER, now their service appears to be costing me much more than what I would have paid if I had gone with the highest bidder. They dropped the trees whole instead of cutting them into smaller pieces like the other services wanted to do so they could sell the large pines. The problem is they dropped the trees across my sewer lines and now I'm having to replace the sewer lines. I never thought about this being a problem but I do think they should have. You live and learn! Professionalism and quality marked low because I feel they should have known better even though I did not. Had it not been for the fact my sewer lines are cracked right where the trees dropped I would rate them an A across the board.

My backyard was a JUNGLE. The weeds around a previously cut tree were about 5 feet tall. The rest of the yard had scrubby bushes. In 5 hours, 6 guys and a tractor cleaned the entire mess up. They also hauled out a 20 year old play house and placed it where my husband and son could dismantle it and easily transport it to the dump. The team were extremely nice and both Robert and Brian were on hand. If I had a request, it was honored. At the end I was asked to walk around and make sure there was nothing else. I asked them to cut some more ivy back and they spent a half an hour doing that. When I walked out at the the end the entire back yard was clean and they had even cleaned my back porch.

I called Brian and he agreed to come by the house and give me an estimate. He gave me a date, but later let me know that it could be done sooner. Brian kept me informed the entire time. Tree was removed and area cleaned up.

They arrived on time with their own crew, got right to work and cleaned up everything when they were done. It was amazing to watch them drop that pine! My neighbor also used them to remove several trees as well. We were both very satisfied. Highly recommend!

1. I never got to meet the person with whom most of the communcations and transactions were through. 2. Areas on the house were damaged but the company made the necessary repairs.

Very well. We were not home when they arrived and the only way we knew they were there is because we found the bill in the door and two stumps in the yard. The stumps are very close to the ground which is what we wanted.

Came out on Thurs to give estimate, removal of trees plus stump grinding. He gave reasonable bid for job, was available next day, showed up time, completed the job in one day, and did a great job!

Brian and his crew did a great job. They worked quickly and brought plenty of man power and equipment. They were there as promised and did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tree service.

I had four estimates from different companies to remove a large pine tree that had fallen. The city had cut up the part that was over the road and so it was only about 30 feet long at that point, but very thick with a very large stump. The estimates were 980, 850, 500, and 400. They were the 400. I also got some estimates about possibly removing up to 14 pine trees in the yard and they were the lowest for that too by a large margin from two others and close with one. They showed up quickly for the estimate. I told them I would get other estimates before making a decision. Another man with the company, possibly the owner, called soon after and said they would be available whether this week or the next if I went with them. I was in a rush to get it done because I was going out of town. A couple of the other companies told me it would be many weeks before they could do it. Only bad thing was I called and left a message that I was going with them and asked when they could do it. I didn't hear back from them for a couple days and called again. The owner, I believe, said he was surprised I hadn't been called back, but he's sure it wouldn't be a problem to get it done by the time I left. This was a Friday or Saturday and I was leaving on Wednesday. I got a call Tuesday to say they would do it Wednesday afternoon. I told them I would be leaving in the afternoon and they were quick to say they would change their schedule and do it in the morning. They did and everything went smoothly. I'm not sure how to grade the clean up because I asked them to leave the wood chips and they did in a pile as I asked. As far as I'm concerned I'm very happy with the job and will have them remove four more very large pine trees at their estimate of $2200. On each estimate they volunteered to bring the cost down a little. The 2,200 started off at 2,350.

Fantastic! Robert was wonderful and his crew was friendly, punctual, and did a fantastic job. He advised which trees to keep so we would have some shade until we got trees and a yard in. They completed the job in 1-1/2 days. Absolutely would use them in the future.

The crew was professional and courteous and worked quickly. The job was done faster than I expected and the end result was excellent. We're much happier with the yard now! Would definitely use again.

It took a week or so from the time we called the company to get an estimate. But once the estimate was done, they scheduled the work to be done within 2-3 weeks. In fact, they called and were able to do the work earlier, in 10 days time. Much faster than any other company estimated. It took them--a crew of 5, I believe--a full day to do all the work. But, by the end of the day, all the felled trees had been cut up and carted away, all debris removed and all the stumps ground. They were able to do this without harm to any of the other standing hardwoods. We were very pleased with their professional work.

We had a great experience with M & L. The tree that fell across our yard was blocking our driveway, so we needed it removed fast. I called around to a number of places and M & L was able to come out the quickest (the next day) for a very reasonable price. They were responsive and professional. We would use them again and recommend them.

I am satisfied with their services. I would use them again.
