Excellent. They were professional, efficient, and work was completed correctly. Job well done.
Description of Work: jobs from a home inspection list, ranging from simple caulking to repairing a improperly installed shower hardwarre.

The doors were fixed. The vinyl shutter was installed upside down initally, but corrected, When they cleaned the gutters, they broke branches of trees close to the roof rather than cutting them with a pruning shears. The front door was a major issue. I have a 1950s home that is not built with newer construction practices and standards. They gave me a price of $300 for installing a new door, but it was not straight forward. The new door did not slide in easily. They had to re-frame the door to get it installed. Then they needed to install new molding. They used modeling on most of the door but there is a piece of about a foot that they just used some plain board. Then, the existing storm door didn't fit after the re-framing and they told me I needed a new storm door and they would take responsibility for installing it. But, they would need to come back to finish it and put a second coat of paint on the new front door. I paid $500 rather than $300 originally quoted (plus I have to buy a new storm door) $200) because the job was more complicated and that seemed fair. Now, after 1 full month of calling, arranging appointments and having them cancel, sometimes when they are an hour or more late to the appointment, the job is still unfinished, I bought the new storm door they said I needed, In my last conversation with one of the Lorick brothers, they told me that they don't think that the can install a storm door on my older home. I asked them to come at look at it (it had been a month after all) and consider, but they ignored my request to come and talk it out and disregarded statements that I would share my disappointments. i am out $100's more than I intended to spend on this work.
Description of Work: I bought agroup on coupon and asked them to reinstall a vinyl shutter, clean some gutters, and fix 2 doors that did not swing easily. They also said they would install a new front door for $300. The front door was more complicated. The house, clearly a 1950s item, was not standard door installation. They charged an additional $200 and promised to come back to finish a few things. They borrowed paint brushed to put on a first coat, but they didn't even wash out the borrowed brushes. When they left on the first day, they needed to put on second coat of paint on the new front door and install a the storm door. They agree that was "on them." Because of the way they did the front door installation, my existing storm door no longer fit, I bought a new storm door as recommended. I also noticed that the new molding was not the same around the entire door frame. I told them there were some things to discuss, but I have been asking for a month for them to come and look and get the last pieces of work done. we went back and forth for a month. Instead of looking at the door and solutions, on Friday, July 24th, John Lorick calls to say they don't think they can fix the storm door. I sent a text message asking them to look again, meet with me,and see if there are solutions. John Lorick is a parent with kids who use smart phones., I expect he received my message as he keep in touch with his family. They have not responded to my request to look at the issue and see what options are open.

They came out within an hour and verbally agreed to an $800 estimate. From there, they left to get the supplies from Lowe's. When returned two hours later and started on the garage door. They did not replace the door, but they replaced all the mechanisms. Then they moved on to a garbage disposal and two bathrooms. They fixed four issues in total. Througout the whole visit, both Micah Noah and John Lorick bragged about their company and how they would stand behind the work for a whole year. In fact, they were very polite and we felt good about the work. However, two days later everything that they did unraveled into a big mess. All four repairs did not hold up and everything reverted back to the way they operated before the repair. We called them with our issues, but they hemmed and hawed about when they would come back. It's since been over 3 months and they have missed numerous appointments and ignored many of our phone calls. We have come to the realization that we are going to have to get someone else to come out and that we paid $800 for nothing. Avoid this company at all cost.
Description of Work: We had been having issues with our garage door along with some plumbing issues. We called them on a Saturday because our garage door stopped working.

It went very badly. They didn't know what they were doing. Didn't cut the counters long enough, didn't know how to put the end pieces on so they messed up and then lied and said they didn't have enough of them. They put them on backwards. They used permanent marker for cuts and I can't get it off my counter. They wouldn't listen to what I said. They did the plumbing when I said I would do it. The one person, who did the least, whined the whole time about not being hired to fix the cupboards but if they had just cut a board like I asked and made the counter longer, there would not have been a problem and it would not now have an inch gap between the countertops and the stove. They were in a hurry to finish for the day and when they came back I had to finally tell them to get out. All in all, they are not professionals, they don't know what they are doing, they make excuses and blame the homeowner for everything and take no responsibility for their own mistakes and lie. Don't ever hire them, you will be very sorry.

work that I had already paid for. he said he would cut my grass for free. he left and never returned. he did call me after 2 months asking me about a jacket he left hanging on a chair on my porch. I told him I thought he had already come by and got it. someone else either took it or it was thrown away. terrible service. would never even consider using them again. the work they did complete would be given a 4 on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being bad.
Description of Work: The service began with a purchase for services from Living Social. we purchased 2 deals of 2 hours for each. 4 hours total handy-man services. We asked them first to clean off the roof. they came and did that and did a good job. they then gave us an estimate of $825 for other household items that needed to be completed. they failed to show up twice. The brother of the service provided agreed to do the work but I had to haggle with him as we wanted more and wanted me to furnish supplies. he came and did the work in two days. he brought a helped the second day. he would not honor the deal I had with his brother after he told me he would give me credit for the additional 3 hours
