Very professional, took off shoes without being asked. Very polite. No bugs since...just dead ones. Please take note that this provider took the time to comment on every review written. Most providers don't take the time. Very impressed and would certainly recommend to others.

They're outstanding! We've used them several times, and they always do great work. Their treatments are effective, and we haven't had any problems.

It showed up the one time and sprayed. Said he would come back in three months and never showed back up or called.

Member, I am very sorry that you feel that we lacked in trying to communitcate with you. We did mail you a reminder at the end of July to remind you that it was time to set up your next spray. We do not ever just show up at someones house or schedule an appointment without speaking with you. When we did not hear from you in August we called to try to set the appointment up. Again, we did not get a response from you and since we do not require a contract just assumed that you did not want to spray on a regular basis. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding but I assure you that we do try to follow up with our customers. They are a good pest control company. We've had them ever since we moved into this house. They come out on time and they are very friendly. They call to remind us when it's time for another termite inspection. They covered their shoes when they came into the house.
