house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe would probably not use them again unless we had a detailed discussion on our expectations. Most of the cleaning is what we call 'spot' cleaning. Very few items, i.e., rugs, chairs, under items (beds) etc. were not moved or done. Additionally, items on the walls were not dusted and books shelves were not done. However, for the price, floors were cleaned, counters were cleaned and the house looked cleaned when they finished but not thoroughly as we do it ourselves.
Description of Work: Cleaned approximately 2000 sq ft for $99 special.

Description of Work: The house was cleaned, dusted, mopped, countertops cleaned and bookshelfs cleaned and dusted. Beds were even made since we had just finished the laundry and the linen was sitting on the bed. Bathrooms (4) were thoroughly cleaned, ceiling fans were dusted and cleaned and window blinds were cleaned on both sides. I contacted them on a Sunday, needed them on Tuesday and they were there at 9 a.m. as promised. 5 ladies who were extremely thorough and cooperative. I had to leave for the airport at noon and since they brought an extra person with them, they were able to finish in time for me to get to the airport. This was a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Royce Howsare

house cleaning
+ -1 moreI have used them for the last 7 to 8 months and they had done a good job and had good prices, but the new girls are not consistent. We purchased a jade carved figurine on a jade base with hand carved fish from China. We told Angie not to have her girls clean the mantel, but she forgot to put it on the sheet for the girls. It was broken when they were cleaning the mantel. I called Angie and she said she would call me back to come over and I haven't received a call back.
Description of Work: Housecleaning.
