+ -1 moreMcGinney Homes will work a couple of days on his other sites and then will come work on ours. He is very professional and obviously a business man. What he quoted is actually what it cost, except on one of them I tacked on a little extra so it cost a little extra. He stays to his quotes. The first project didn't have a lot of options, because it was a needed repair. On the other two he has given me options for each project. He came the same day and is always about 10 minutes early.
Description of Work: I got a quote from McGinney Homes. We are using him and the project is going on. He is putting us between 2 other projects he has which is perfect for us. We have had 3 projects so far.

+ 1 moreHe's terrific. He's an accomplished carpenter. He does everything exactly the right way, even if it's something you can't see. He doesn't cut any corners. I've had a very good experience with him.
Description of Work: We did about two years of renovations with him. He last replaced part of my deck. Prior to that, he built a front porch, converted a two-car garage into a den, and subcontracted electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing work.
