Fred's Lockwork

I tried to contact this company 7 times by phone and email, and the company never responded.

He is always at the ready, is reasonably priced and always does kind things for me. He is very dependable, prompt and awfully good. He’s done kind things for other people as well who have told me. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

I definitely would use him again in the future.

Called and set and appointment for Fred to look at what needed to be done. Fred showed up, looked at the job and we set another appointment for the work to be done. On that day, he was a no show and there was no call either. I called the next day and asked what happened. There was some story and Fred said he'd call the next day to set an appointment to perform the work the day after. No call, nothing. Not very professional and apparently no regard for his customers.

I called for service and had an appointment scheduled the next day. Fred was ready, on time, and arrived with everything required to do the changes I needed. This service call required visits to Oconee and Pickens counties. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend, and will use again!

Fred came over to my house, diagnosed the problem, and told me that there was a special part to be ordered. We looked that the internet together and found the part. He told me that if I got the part myself, it was very easy to fix myself. He told me exactly what to do. I'm not saying that every person's experience would be just like this; some situations might be more difficult to remedy, but this man's integrity is stellar. He didn't even charge me for the trip over to my house. He is very timely and pleasant.
