Description of Work: We wanted a new double gate installed (replacing a single gate). Wayne came out to see what we needed and gave us an estimate. When he returned to do the work, he had already fabricated a metal gate frame and he custom built the rest of the gate on site. The quality of Wayne's work was excellent! And, his price was more than reasonable. We would definitely use Shepherd Fence again and we wholeheartedly recommend Wayne and his wife.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced 3/4ths of the fencing in our yard which included two gates. Removed a tree to accommodate for the fencing (with our permission) | |Did rather well. We had a few curve balls thrown at us by our city springing some obscure codes on us but the Shepherd Fencing guy took care of the issues at no extra cost to us. | |He was upfront with us about being booked up and he found a way to work us in, keeping us in the know about whether another project was going to throw off the start time of our fence replacement. | |Had the old fence taken down and the new one up in the time frame he originally quoted. Fence looks good and I love that I'm able to actually open and close the gate without having to use cinder blocks to hold the door shut now.

Description of Work: I have used Sheperd Fence on two occassions, so far. They replaced the gate for my privacy fence and then replaced and reattached some posts and fencing. They charged me the price quoted. The work has been completed and carried out in an honest and quality way. I intend to continuing using Sheperd as my fencing needs arise.

Description of Work: The team that worked on the fence (Lee) was incredible and kept checking with me when there was a question. However, the owner never came out to check with me personally which was a disappointment. Also, I wanted my lattice work on the fence opening to be the same size especially on this one side and if they had explained all my options then I would have made a different decision so that the lattice work on the 6ft gate would have been even. All my neighbors have even commented on the lattice work not being the same height when it should have been...there is a cap that split when they put it on and I called and they will be coming back out to fix it. Overall, they did a great job...worked long hours and took pride in their work.

 + -1 moreOwner was very courteous and knowledgeable; he has over 34 years of experience. He was here every day at 8am. Prior to starting he called when he said he would (which is very rare nowadays). His pricing was ? of one estimate and 1/3 less than another. He had people from other fence companies calling him to get his opinion on how he would do a job. That I would say is the highest compliment you can give anyone. I would hire him again without hesitation.
