Shepherd Fence

She said they were very nice people. They were prompt and came on time. We liked their personality. I also called them to get a quote on my fence but I decided to do it myself but that was last year. I didn't get it done but I was talking to some friends of mine and they said, they did excellent work for them.

We were very pleased. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced compared to other bids we got.

They arrived when they said. Matches neighbors fence perfectly. They use quality supplies and made a sturdy fence.

They responded very promptly and came out to help us find the property lines using the plat we had. They were able to schedule the work within the period of time as stated and did a very quick and efficient job. They were able to work around some fairly large trees in the back and made sure that there were no gaps underneath (since we were getting dogs). All in all it was a great experience and we got the fence we wanted. Everything looks great!

We had a photo of a shed design that we liked and Wayne agreed to price it out. We added and subtracted until we thought we had it figured out and sure enough, Wayne send crew had it up and finished in one week. It took two days longer than they had hoped but they worked on the weekend to get it wrapped up. The neighbors are asking me about the "cute new studio"! To call it a shed is to do it a serious disservice. These guys are skilled craftsmen and willing to work with changes and suggestions as they go. Couldn't be happier with the result. I think they may have posted a photo on their web site.

As stated above,Shepherd Fence worked from my sketches and improved on some details. The pergola is just what we needed and they did it for a very reasonable price. The triangular design was not something they had tried before. They were willing to try and it turned out beautifully! Now drawing up a shed design. They will get first shot at it!

Everything was great they worked hard making sure we were happy even double checking to make sure it was right before permanently putting it in. Could not be happier!

Shepherd's fencing did an outstanding job on my fence! They did everything with utmost professionalism. They came when they said they would come to do the estimate, the work, and the completion of the job. I have received numerous compliments on how outstanding the fence looks not only as a compliment to my home but to the neighborhood. They come in and work as a team, and know what they are doing. It is also obvious they aim to please. The owner of the company also put together a special post cap and finial that I wanted that just "crowned" the whole deal. They are very competitive with price. they were punctual with preconstruction appointments and the construction itself. Also they were prompt on fixing the few "punch-list" items I had after construction. they provide quality construction and are a VERY professional company. Great! Lewis arrived when scheduled to give me an estimate. I received two other estimates and decided to go with Shepherd. Lee and David arrived when expected and had the fence up in no time. They cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with. I felt very comfortable leaving them at my house while I left to run some errands.

They opened their schedule for us, even when it was inconvenient for them. They had it done when they said they would. They were very nice during the process. You should expect them to be on time and do a good job. They didn't leave a mess either.

Their crew showed up on time the day they were supposed to be there. There were enough people and they had all the stuff and equipment that they needed. They got right to work and installed the fence. They were pleasant guys to work with. I think the best part of the company is the customer service. There was a problem with one part of the fence where they had to mount one of the fence posts into a concrete slab. When I noticed the problem, I called them and they were there within 24 hours fixing it, and they fixed it up perfectly. The price they gave me on the fencing and installation was the lowest thing going as well. I already have used them again because I was cutting down a tree and right when I was cutting through it, a strong wind started picking up and it fell the wrong way right on top of our fence. It hit one of the top rails on the fence and I cut the tree off it and called them, and they were probably out in three days or so to fix that. So that was also really fast and I fully expected to wait a week or so for that.

I paid half up front and they ordered my fence. He gave me a discount because the gate was wrong and I had to wait a couple of days. I would use them again.

Mr. Wayne was right on time for the estimate of what we needed for our immediate fence repairs. He took copious measurements of all areas and items for replacement, then provided the estimates by e-mail in a timely manner. When we received the estimates and decided on the work to be done, I contacted Mr. Wayne and he arrived for the gate installation with exactly the type of gate we discussed, at the the price we agreed upon, and he and his associate installed the two gates in no time. We are totally pleased with the work as we have recently adopted a greyhound that needs to stat in the back yard when let out! We will definitely use his services again when needed.

I will not use any other company ever. Shepherd's is hands down the best and easiest company to work with. Customer service and prices are great and the work is even better! I am picky and they make me happy! They haul off the old, install the new and you never know anyone was there. You are only left with a new beautiful fence. Stop your search now and call them.

I had been looking for someone to install a motorized gate for awhile and found Shepherd Fence on Angieslist. They came out quickly to provide an estimate and began the work about two weeks later. The project was done quickly and expertly and I was happy with the result. Also, with a week of having the gate installed, someone had tried to push it open which put it out of alignment. I called Shepherd back and they came out the same day to realign it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get some fence and/or gate work done.

These people are excellent, and I am very particular. They showed up when they said they would and did excellent quality work. They were priced fairly compared to other estimates and went above and beyond the call of duty to do things the right way. (We ran into an unexpected challenge when putting in one section of fence, and I was very pleased with how they solved it.) I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else.

Very professional and prompt. On the day the city was shutting down in anticipation of the recent ice storm they were there at daybreak and finished the job that day, as promised. Very Impressive!

They were very responsive and punctual. They came out and did a free estimate and returned as promised the following week to complete all repairs. They noticed a second gate that needed adjustment and did that for no additional cost. They were quick, very careful and knowledgeable. I found them through Angie's List and can see why they are so highly rated. A great experience all around and we are very satisfied.

All went as promised. Removed one small tree in back and added capping along entire top of fence. Did a wonderful job of removing excess dirt from post holes - left no mess. Added extra wood trim to gates to dress them up a bit at my request with no extra charge. Use these guys and you won't be sorry!
