He was rude. The plumbing to the shower was mixed up...hot side cold, cold side hot. A faucet on the vanity was not hooked up correctly. And, now that we just put a washer/dryer in the utility room, we discovered that he never hooked up the hot water ! He insisted that he cut thru my insulation in the building. I even had the builder send emails to show him how to do it correctly and he hung up on her. He was just out and out hard to deal with.

Everyone was professional and polite. The work was finished a lot faster than I expected. The equipment was explained thoroughly and my questions answered. The quote I was given beforehand was spot on with the actual cost.

Had leak under house and I could not tell what/where the leak was. Shower would not give hot water.

They could have gone to the supply house for the part and charged me for time and travel but they determined the work was simple enough for me to do and saved me considerable expense. I appreciate their honesty and will call Jerry the next time I have a problem.

If I need someone again, I would call them. I imagine that the price is about the same as everyone else and I think the quality is very good.

I made an appointment for the contractor to assess the job and give an estimate, but contractor didn't show up at the appointment time or call . I waited several hours past the appointment time then called to find out if they were running late and would still be coming out. He said he was really busy and on a ladder but would call me later to reschedule. I never received that call. I did call one more time to see if he had lost my number and couldn't call. I got a voice mail message instructing the caller (me) to leave a message and they would receive a call back. I didn't leave a message. I felt I was working too hard to give this company business that they weren't interested in and certainly didn't deserve. I got the work completed by another company and am very satisfied with the work, it was completed to a high degree of quality and by true professionals from the plumbing industry.

I have used them for years. I use them twice a year to root my sewer line because the line is complex. I have also used them for the water heater and washing machine setup. I have known for about 20 years. The son is taking over the business. They are very good. They are prompt and courteous. They are very reliable, and they do good work. They are licensed. Sometimes, they are late to show up because of another job. They are the only plumber I've used since my friend recommended them.

They finished the job(s) in 2 days, with minimum disturbance to lawn and plantings. Cleaned up when finished.
