+ -1 moreDid not pursue any work as he was too overbooked and could not even get a quote. It was almost a month before he told me that he was too busy to get a ballpark quote for the project. This area has a shortage of builders who can do good custom builds so we went to a larger firm with the capacity and are no longer trying to build custom.
Description of Work: Requested a quote for new home construction to get an idea of costs and timing. after a month I was informed he had a years backlog before he could start and several other quotes ahead of mine before he could even get a ballpark to me. I went elsewhere but found the custom builders in this area are the same.

+ -1 moreRepair work was good. Roofers were tidy, good at doing cedar shake roofing. Work done within time contracted. Costs incurred for water damage repairs were fair. Re-roofing price good.
Description of Work: Repaired water damage to building. Re-roofed building with cedar shakes.
