Cantey Foundation Specialist

I had a problem with my flooring sagging and needed jacks to level it out. I received an initial bid of $11,000 to complete the work. When the work crew arrived the first day, they found that the initial estimate had not covered all of the work that needed to be completed and it was an additional $10,000 to complete that work. I am very irritated that the ultimate cost was nearly double the estimate I was given originally.

They did a terrific job of solving a long-term drainage problem.

They had to come back to make right the awful job they did the first time. Also, caused over $1k worth of additional repairs for pipes and fittings they broke while doing the job they were hired for. We were stuck with those bills as well. Would not recommend.

Arrived the day scheduled, very explanatory on installation of product. Professional employee, new what was needed, and installation went smoothly. The cost was reasonable for equipment and labor. Highly recommend Cantey.

I selected Cantey over Mount Valley, Ramjack and CNT. The reasons I selected them were: price, personnel, and they offered Poly Leveling for my garage floor. Mount Valley price matched and offered poly leveling, but, I was not impressed with their personnel. I believe Ramjacs Helical Pile is better than Canteys jacks, however they would not price match, and they did not offer poly leveling. Even with price matching the cost for this work is exorbitant.

Cantey called quickly to schedule an appointment to look at the areas I had concerns with. They inspected my slap foundation and addressed the areas I was concerned with. They found no issues with my home, but did point out some settling that caused cracking in my front porch. I appreciate that they broke down the processed they presented and warranties that they include. After evaluating and choosing a course of action, I was put on the schedule. The technicians were in constant communication with me throughout the steps and walked me through their work once complete. I am very pleased with the outcomes and should I need any future services (and I hope they understand that I hope it won't be anytime soon), they're my first call.

The kid driving the excavator accidentally broke the hydraulic fitting, which poured hydraulic fluid, and left large stains in my yard. Other than that, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

The foundation was checked closely and found it in good condition. It relieved my mind as I wasnâ t sure. They were very professional and showed me photos to support their decision

From the initial estimate through the completion of the work, Cantey folks were professional and great to work with. They showed up when they said and completed the work on time, even through some difficulty in digging the drainage after hitting some rock. The system looks good and works well. Not inexpensive but top notch installation and service. Highly recommended!

My opinion, their work does not quite live up to their presentation that was presented to me.

Hired, paid, 20% down, did not schedule work until 6 wks out...As time passed, one RED FLAG after another. Clincher...tried to bypass building permit on $28,000 job, 'not needed.' Did not feel at all comfortable with them doing the job. Our attorney facilitated a full refund from this business.

Workers worked very hard. Follow up to fix glass sliding door did not happen. Door still will not close.

The Cantey Foundation representative was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They did not want me to pay with a credit card because it was a lot of trouble for them, they asked me to pay with a check which I did. Then they left a mess for me to clean up, and some of work that I understood they were gonna do they did not do, and their representative said they should have done it and they should have cleaned up the mess. Their representative also said someone would call me within 3 days and it’s been 6 weeks and there has been no word.
