On time, great results!!!

Two other companies inspected the house first. While they found some issues neither of them addressed the issues I was aware of inside of the house. Cantey did an extensive inspection inside and noticed that the center of my house had "sunk" about a 1/2 inch and was causing cracks in the walls on the second floor. After Cantey, the cracks are completely closed up. Service was amazing from sales team, to office staff, to the fantastic crews who put in the hard work in 95-100 degree weather.

They had a drill malfunction and the supervisor, Craig Adams, expected me to clean up hundreds of grease spots off my porches and walls. He would not schedule a clean-up team to come back and clean the mess rather the technicians spent a few hours scrubbing the spots. However, they did not come up. The porches look considerably worse. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch.

Their estimator did a thorough inspection and evaluation of our problems and listened to our concerns. He educated us about foundation issues and repairs and never pressured us at all. He was very thorough in every thing he did and left us with a detailed drawing of our house and proposed plan. He stayed in touch by email and phone to answer further questions that arose. The repairs were completed by equally well trained workers who did quality work and were very courteous. They too explained the process taking place and showed us pictures of the completed work under our house.

The sales rep was very thorough & spent over two hours at my home explaining the process and answering all of my questions. The technicians were very professional and considerate. Each one introduced himself to me then went right to work. It took them about a day & a half to complete our crawl space encapsulation. We were very impressed with this company. They even sent us a $50 check for referring another family to their company. We highly recommend Cantey!

I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Cantey. This was a very small project for Cantey, but based on how we were treated you would have thought we were the biggest job to date for them. Dallas Rabideaux (our sales specialist) treated us with such great customer service and updated us every step of the way and was available any time we needed him. The crew (led by another Dallas) was quick, knowledgeable, and thorough and I would definitely recommend them for any of your foundation issues. Cantey was also very respectful of our limited budget and did not try to push repairs on us that were not of immediate concern. We are very happy with Cantey!

I had a unique problem with termite damage to an old Pier and Beam home. Damage was causing floor sagging and instability in the foundation of the home. (It failed several inspections). I was trying to sell the home and had to have the problem fixed. I had several estimates from general contractors in the Camden area. ALL of them wanted to fix the problem by going through the interior floors to get to the support beams. I did an online request to have an estimate from Canty Foundation. From the initial contact with William Yarbrough/Sales to the Onsite foreman Jonathan Driggers I was impressed. This is a 100 year old home and going thru the inside floors would have created damage that would have been difficult to fix. CANTY did all the work from the crawl space. They were professional and work was completed on time. The home passed all 3 inspections and I completed the sale. When you have a foundation problem I learned to call the experts. AMAZING job guys!!!!!
