+ 1 moreThe contractor could not hit set deadlines, or agreed to budget, some times he would double his budget. The overall project time continued to creep and costs continued to rise, left the jobsite dirty never cleaned up, left paint cans, brushes in yard, spilled paint on wood floors, slept on the job. Left the job incomplete. Payment was made and job was never completed, paint is peeling, will need to have ares redone because of poor workman ship. Time creep happened because contractor would not show up on a regular basis, slep on th e job, had inexperienced help. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR
