He gave me a price that was flat rate and VERY reasonable. Didn't need to set appt to come (days later) to give an estimated (over-priced) bid. (All via yelp msging) I told him I was going to buy new Rheem water heater at Home Depot. He offered to pick it up to save me the delivery charge and not charge more money!$$$ He could do it same day or next AM. I AGREED. Bought unit online from Home Depot in Summerville. Made him the contact pickup person. Sent him the order #. He picked it up. Took out & away the old unit (rusted out bottom) and put in brand new unit / cleaned up the mess) this was all done by 7pm on the SAME DAY!! I didn't order the unit until almost 1pm. He msged me a chase bank credit card payment link to pay. Easy & secure. My Mom was VERY HAPPY & GRATEFUL to Sammy at KLC. I was so HAPPY with how it all turned out I asked him if he had Venmo or cash app and sent him more money $$ directly!! Very grateful... Jonah arrived at the appointed time to look over our two projects. He walked us through what needed to be done and how it would be accomplished. He left after telling us he'd email a quote in a day or two. The detailed quote arrived and we went ahead and hired Pathway. Jonah's team arrived on the appointed day and on time. His crew got right to work on both projects at the same time. They were all knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, and worked efficiently through to the end.
