Pick's Plumbing

Awful. I trusted Perry, and paid him $4,200 cash upfront. Perry and his helper came out to replace the pipes under the home. He didn't replace all of them. He also didn't bother to discard or haul off the pipes he took out. Perry said that the water company fixed the water main for me. Perry didn't credit me any money for that. Both hose bibs were installed incorrectly, and water pours out from between the siding and the house, which has caused mildew and wood rot. I had the wood from a cedar tree laying in the yard when Perry was here with his worker. I had to step out. When I returned, the wood was gone. I called Perry, panicking that someone had stolen the cedar. He said that he had given it to a Mr. Pew in Bonneau, who was going to make a mantel for me. He said that the wood needed to dry for 6 months before he could make the mantel. 6 months later, I called Perry to check on the mantel. He said that he would speak with Mr. Pew. I called Perry again. I asked for Mr. Pew's number. He didn't have it. This was 18 months ago, and I still have no info on Mr. Pew, or on my mantel. Perry either sold that cedar, or gave it away. This was an awful experience, and a waste of $4,200. I feel like I was robbed.
