 + -1 moreThey were very responsive and professional, but were overpriced. They wanted more per square foot than it cost to buy this house. I wouldn't be able to comment on the quality of their work, as we didn't get anything done by them.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Upscale Construction about several months ago to build a garage.

 + -1 moreThey had to switch a lot of dimensions and rooms around to make things work and they did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with the detail of the work and the timely fashion as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are the best!
Description of Work: We had them build us a 12 x 27 deck made out of weather treated wood and two 13 x 13 rooms. One is a dining room and one is a bedroom. They also added a screened in porch that is about 12 x 12 in size.

 + -1 moreTheir work was fabulous. They were here on time and got the job done on time. We have since had them do more work. We were so used to having them around. We would leave the door open and the coffee on. They are very friendly and professional. We had contacted other contractors and they say they don t know what we want. These guys drew us a plan a short time. It was perfect. The slogan, designed with you in mind, sure fits for this company.
Description of Work: Upscale Construction converted our old one car garage into a bedroom with bathroom. We are using it for a guest bedroom. Then they built us another new two car garage next to it. They built a room on top of the new garage; the old garage already had a second floor with a bedroom for our daughter. Above the new garage they built a playroom for my daughter.

 + -1 moreThis company took awhile to finish the work and I was not pleased. I feel that they could have been more punctual with the whole project. Some of the work was not done correctly either. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: My house is 3,000 square foot and the master bedroom and master bathroom were remodeled by this company. This included new drywall, fixtures, paint, and flooring. In the bathroom there were new fixtures added as well as cabinetry, tile, and counter tops. There was a new toilet, shower, and tub installed as well. They also added a closet between these two rooms.

 + -1 moreThe porch is great. We should have put it on 25 years ago. We love it. The three guys that worked on it were wonderful. They worked well with us. I am not good at the size or price exactly; I just go out there and enjoy it. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Upscale Construction built a porch on the front of our home. It is maybe 8 x 10 feet. It is a screened-in porch. The put siding on the outside of the porch. The carpeting is indoor/outdoor carpeting. The electrician installed lights both inside and outside and also four outlets. The plumber did the preliminary work necessary for when we get our hot tub.

 + 5 moreThis company worked with us every step of the way to make sure that we felt comfortable and satisfied. They used so much detail in everything and they are very dependable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Our home is about 4,000 square feet after we had the work done by this company. We had a major renovation done on our home. There was an office added as well as renovations in the master bedroom and bathroom. They added a two car garage as well. The house is so old so the whole second story had to be ripped off and installed again. All new flooring which included hardwood and carpets throughout were added, recessed lighting as well. The garage is for two cars and there was plumbing done as well. Plumbing that included bath tubs, sinks, showers, and pipes.

 + -1 moreThe job was completed as scheduled. Some of the subcontractors were not as good but that is not their fault. My experience with this company and the workers was very positive. The price was fair. The service was excellent in every way.
Description of Work: Upscale Construction built our new 3,600 square-foot home. The home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home has hardwood floors in the living room and hallway. The bedrooms are carpeted. The exterior is partially brick. They subcontracted out many companies to do the electrical, plumbing, and roofing.

 + -1 moreI chose this company because they were one of the lowest estimates I had received for this type of addition. I can not remember exactly what I paid them but I am quite comfortable telling you that they are reasonable in terms of what they charge for their services. This company left me feeling like a very pleased customer. I had no problems with them and if I was a teacher, I would give them A's across the boards.
Description of Work: This company came to our home to add on a two room addition that was well over a thousand square feet. Their work also included adding a deck to my home. They also had to put a new roof over the added space. That roof was wood with shingles. Furthermore, they built a screened in porch for me on the front of my home. My home is approximately three thousand square feet or so.

 + 4 moreIt went great. They even installed a bigger better heat pump than agreed upon. At no extra charge because the retailer didn't have the right one in stock.
Description of Work: Built two rooms onto a manufactured home. Built a concrete screened porch, built a deck, installed new siding. Installed a new heat pump. Turned the empty whole where the old furnace was into a closet. Built a new shingle roof on it all.

 + -1 moreThese people were a complete nightmare. It was like they didn t know how to use a level, because the cabinets in both bathrooms were not level. Instead of shimming under it, they actually cut around the custom cabinet and then tried to use filler to make it look right, which it didn t. The plaster job on the wall was just a mess and when they went to install the door it was lopsided, because the wall wasn t in correctly.
Description of Work: They installed cabinets and sinks in both of my bathrooms. They also put in a new wall, a door, and cabinets in our bedroom.

He built a patio and a carport for us. My roof looked very nice and he cleaned up after himself. He was very professional.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreWe were very satisfied with the windows we purchased from them. They are very high quality and we got them at a great price. We didn't have any problems with the removal of our windows or the installation of our new windows. They open and close smoothly. They didn't damage any part of our home during the process. They were pretty quick with the installation as well.
