POOL & SPA CONNECTION

I had put a call in to have this company come out and open and then weekly service my pool, I was told a service manager would call by the next day to set up an appointment to come out and take a look at it. After a few days I called back and was told the same thing. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a reply.

The equipment had been tampered with and they checked everything out and got everything back in working order. The job took several trips and many hours. They also ordered and installed a lock down pool cover. These people were great to work with, very honest and did quality work in a timely manner. They went way beyond my expectations. I would use them again and will refer them to friends, family and clients.

Pool and Spa Connection came to our house promptly to try and repair our older hot tub. We've had many others here to try to fix our hot tub to no avail with lots of money spent and missed appointents and no follow up. They repaired the problem on the first visit and followed up to add some additional parts that they found for us. The hot tub is working beautifully now and at a very reasonable price.

I was happy that they finished on time even though they had some bad weather delays to deal with. It turned out great and is fabulous. Everything is working correctly like the pump and filter. They cleaned up all of the construction mess when they were done also which was nice. I do not know what I paid but it was reasonable.

This company was really great. They used to send the same man out every week and I really grew to like him. However, he recently retired and I chose to switch companies. It was nothing personal; I just used to hear a lot of good things about the company I am with now. I never switched because I always liked the man they were sending out from Pool and Spa. Since he retired, I figured if I am going to have someone new, I may as well try the company I hear so much about. If things do not work as planned, I will go back to Pool and Spa.
