Overall, the service was great--they did a good job. No matter how many times I called them, they came out and fixed the problem. They were professional and friendly throughout my experience.

I called at 8:30am to ask about problems getting our gas logs to work. They guy with whom I spoke asked me to check a number of things to try to save me a service fee ($75) but as all those possible issues weren't the cause, he said someone would be out later today. Two hours later, the problem is fixed and I had to pay no additional fees. Very friendly, professional, and I would definitely recommend them.

They're fantastic! I can't ask for a better company. They're polite, efficient, courteous, and once, even came out right before a snow storm to fix our gas logs. The price is also very reasonable.

They were awesome! My 16-year-old air conditioning stopped working and they came out on a Sunday and at our request recharged the freon as a cheap and quick way to hopefully fix the problem, as we had explained that we did not have a lot of money to spend fixing the unit. This worked temporarily so I called Newman Services back. They were at my house within an hour performing the cleaning and maintenancing of the until until it started working again. They were kind enough to only charge us the what was absolutely necessary on the second trip, and he gave us an estimate on how long he thought we could limp the unit along until we would have to invest in a new one. The air worked again for two solid years!
