Description of Work: Mize Siding applied Hardie material to our new home additions, both a bedroom and detached garage. The contractors did a fabulous job! Professional, courteous, punctual, and they removed all debris so the site was clean.

Description of Work: Mize Siding covered our soffit and fascia. They had to remove and reinstall our gutters to do so. All work was done professionally by a very hard working crew. They were here everyday until they finished, about 3 days. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Mr. Mize told us he would install our siding at $150 per square about 3 months ago. At that time he told us he was running about 3 weeks behind but would do the installation. We've been trying to contact him to see why he hasn't come to do the job and he just ignores our phone calls and emails. Description of Work: Installed a kind of baffle on the outer edge of our gutter to prevent a waterfall of water falling off the roof right in front of our doorway. We were concerned about how this would undermine our brick steps and also the house foundation.

Description of Work: I called and asked for someone to come out and give me an estimate on replacing a couple of windows. The person that answered said that someone would call me back to set up an appointment and get location information. I gave them my name and number but never received a coordinating call. I haven't heard from them since the my initial call.

Description of Work: Part of our gutters and downspouts were damaged in a hail storm. I called four vendors listed on Angie's List, and we chose Mize to remove all old gutter and downspouts and replace them with new. Because we also need new stain/paint on the fascia, I asked Mize to do the job in two parts, to take down all the old gutter and downspouts, and come back after the painting was done to install the new. I offered to pay part of the estimate and was told that wasn't necessary, just to let them know when the painting would be done so they could come back and install the new. The two man crew came when Mrs. Mize said they would and they got right to work. I also asked them to keep a section of gutter my husband wanted to use on the back of our garage for me, and they took the extra time to take down the section without bending it up and set it aside for me. We've had a lot of rain recently and haven't been able to get the fascia painted yet, but hope to get it done soon so Mize can come back and put up our new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with this company so far, and expect the rest of the work to go as well.

Description of Work: They vinyl sided my house, replaced gutters and downspouts, installed new windows, painted door frame and porch railings, repaired ceramic tile porch. I brought them back in winter 2011/12 to totally renovate my kitchen. They were wonderful!

Description of Work: They replaced the last two windows that my husband had been unable to do before his death. They tore off the old siding, added insulation and installed new siding. They put up new gutters with six downspouts. They installed new shutters on the front of the house. They added a storm door to the front entrance. They painted the front doorway and porch railing. They repaired tile on the front porch. They hung a new mailbox. They installed a new doorbell. They replaced the exterior light at the back door and cleaned and re-installed exterior lights at the front door.

Description of Work: They replaced two remaining windows that my husband was unable to finish, tore off the old weather boarding siding, installed insulation, vinyl siding, soffits, gutters with leaf guards, new back deck light, new storm door, mailbox and doorbell. They also pressure washed my front porch and replaced broken tile, scraped and painted my front porch railing
