Description of Work: I called Loc Doc and he came really soon afterwards. My door going into the garage had a lock that was frozen and I feared that it would have to be replaced. He replaced a mechanism in the lock and it works great now! He checked the other entry doors and did adjustments that made them work better and didn't charge me extra. I would definitely use Loc Doc again! |

+ -1 moreI called Mike this morning and he told me that he could be at my home around 1pm. He actually came a few minutes early. When I showed him the door whose latch would not retract, he knew exactly what the problem was. He had an extra latching mechanism on his truck and installed the new latch. He also checked the other outside doors, using WD-40 to lubricate the locks, making them easier to open. I thought I would have to buy a new door lock, but Mike fixed it. He said to let him know if I had any other problems, including if I wanted to replace the locks.
Description of Work: Mike changed the latching mechanism to my door. He also checked the other outside doors, using WD-40 to lubricate some doors that had locks that were sticking. They all work great now!!

+ -1 moreThe locksmith explained on the phone what he might need to do. He was on time, and was actually able to repair the lock rather than completely replace it, saving some money. His work was neat and clean.
Description of Work: Had a double dead bolt not working. The lock was checked, and instead of replacing, was cleaned , and 3 working keys were cut. This took about 45-60 minutes.

+ -1 moreOur storm door wouldn't open and close and then the key got stuck in the lock on the outside. My husband couldn't fix so we had to call for help. I called at 8:30 a.m. and he was at the house around 10 a.m. Worked on the lock for about 30 minutes. He was prompt,, honest and professional. Will use him again!
