Description of Work: I was unhappy with my direct-vent gas logs because when I use them not a lot of heat seems to be produced, only a huge gas bill. I wanted to swap them for ventless gas logs, which are more efficient. I called Greer Gas upon the recommendation of a coworker, and they sent Allen to my house. He was very helpful and explained that newer homes are more air-tight and I probably didn't want ventless gas logs since they produce more air pollution. He thought I just needed a blower, and was nice enough to track down a local company that sells blowers for Heat-N-Glo gas log systems for me. Unfortunately, my Eastwood home wasn't wired correctly to plug in the blower, and I'm having a dickens of a time getting them here to run the wires to the gas logs. I only wish they were as prompt and efficient as Greer Gas!
